I'll agree to disagree that its the most satisfying way to play these games. I think Destiny has and always will be the best on console. The way the game is made is perfect for console gaming. I'm sure its brilliant for Arma and other ones similar, you just have to stand back sometimes and give a game credit regardless of how critical we are of D1. What it has done to the console gaming community is ganechanging. It really is. For PC its had their moments previously, like WoW. I fear that D2 will get savaged by the PC Community. I hope and pray not though.

So, Recoil. Mark Noseworthy initially said there wouldn't be any on PC. Looks like there will be some now. If you use a keyboard and mouse then recoil doesn't work that well, however he's stated that you don't want to lose all the magic of getting a new gun and not feeling some type of recoil. He has confirmed though if you do use a controller on PC you will feel the exact same recoil like you will on console. It's one thing that does put me off the PC version a little. Knowing that most guns will probably fire the same because the recoil will be virtually the same means you lose some of those intense moments you get when partied up.

Great games last night. We ended up in a 6 stack and one of the most intense games. Unfortunately we lost from 2-0 up but its one of those games that you sort of feel okay about the result when its such an intense match. The control points were contested for pretty much every round for the entire time. We met @Amnotright who is a great laugh ( @Diddums was made up as he has better jokes than him). @NastayDaddy aka Dan played awesome with Lucio. Even Snake joined which was nice to see. Probably didn't raise my SR by a great amount at all but it was a laugh nonetheless.

Well, they have spoken about making stuff up lately, like the darkness (I can't believe they would admit they hadn't got a clue what it meant). I do think they are on their way to a long franchise but I don't think anyone is taking them literally when they say it'll be here for 10 years. It's definitely 5 years imo.

The 6th free DLC is dropping in a few days for Titanfall 2. Here's the details from the EA statement: Map: War Games – Pilots on the Frontier frequently use simulator pods to train, using life-like recreations of historical battles as combat scenarios. War Games highlights the civilian shops, tall buildings for window-to-window fighting, and city streets for Titan combat from the Battle of Angel City, and the large, open tank garage facilities for hand-to-hand Pilot combat from the Battle of Airbase Sierra. The outskirts of the map feature a clean, VR style perfect for Titan duels, while Pilots are often found running along the bright, interconnected wallrunning routes. Live Fire Map: Traffic –A weathered test site where pilot positioning is pitted against mobility across two busy thoroughfares. Dense cover makes every corner a threat, with room for snipers to hide in the back fields. New Execution: Shadow Boxing [Holo Pilot] Get 20 pilot kills while a holopilot ability is active (Both normal holopilot and boost ability holopilot nova count.) Does not retroactively count. 3rd Weapon Slot for Pilots – You will now be able to equip a primary, secondary, and anti-titan weapon. Titan Brawl will be added to the permanent list of game modes. Titan damage will be displayed instead of assists. New Featured Mode: Free Agents Additional details for balance changes, features, and updates will be provided in the patch notes closer to launch.

The more you hear of that kind of stuff I do get concerns for how outsourced the PC game is. It's effectively another Destiny game with subtle differences.

You are that sunshine on a rainy day. Every. Single. Time. Yeah @TigerBurge, i thought something else will come as well but tbh i kinda like the rewards, mainly because the in game HUD is impacted by the change. Having your bespoke shader is decent but I probably see the menu more than my own Guardian body. I'm all for free rewards.

Not much for hero changes just yet as the latest patch was updated to the live game in the last few days. However, you'll all be pleased to hear duplicate loot boxes are being drastically reduced. In some ways like their changes to Hearthstone, if you get a legendary in a box it should always be a new legendary you've not got yet. Also, credits on average per box will go up slightly. Good news if we get the next event and need to buy skins in time before the deadline.
