I suppose the Power slot really only gets used for 4/5 weapons anyway. Unless you're just playing for the lolz of course. I feel I'll ride to shotguns in PvP in some instances purely to get over the reload speed.

Like the others said, they've not gone but rather the updated Director is showing challenges / objectives / milestones in different ways. They'll be many different ways to get gear come Tuesday.

So just to clarify Bob, infusing your gear to make it a higher Power level now needs Planetary materials instead of Legendary Shards? Is that the only thing we need materials for?

Be good to know how y'all have been trying out the weapon slot changes. How is the ammo dropping and consumption? What works well? What doesn't work well? What would you recommend using in different slots? We should get more feedback when our vault opens up next week aswell.

Its an amazing trailer. We finally have a story that we can really cling to. and we finally talk again!!!!

@Baabcat put this in the other thread but I'll repost here as it's connected to the Roadmap. To see what the Black Armory looks like already is exciting as its all about weapons is why we want to play this game to get the ultra OP gun. Theyll have to be OP or people won't want to find them.

The roadmap looks extremely promising for Year 2. For the amount of money and content we will get it is by far the best year of Destiny to look forward to. You have to start giving them some serious credit for getting their communication, visuals and viDocs absolutely spot on. Its 1000% better than the start of D2 and the transparency in what we can see coming is the right balance of knowing some stuff and keeping some secrets hidden. I haven't got a great deal of signal but if its not shared yet, the viDoc showing Year 2 stuff is a pretty damn good watch, like always. Month on Month content seriously is going to keep this game going and pushes me into the camp of keep Destiny 2 the game forever more, not a D3.

Leeds are continuing good form, longer than I expected tbh. I'm sure Leeds fan would agree. Middlesbrough look my early favourites to win the league. Positive news for Blackburn though as whilst we are missing our 2 best strikers we can still win games and remain unbeaten. Also, getting 19 year old Ben Brereton for initial loan then for 7 million in Jan is quite incredible as our strike force looks formidable now. We also look likely to get Harry Chapman back on loan from Middlesbrough which is ace news. Really hopeful on a playoff spot now, I think we have a huge chance at making them.

I didn't watch it but I'd go with this. Too much talk is always about how shit the team that lost not how good the winning team was. Plus, Spurs are a better team than Utd now with Poch. No one else can save Utd imo other than Mourinho. I dont think he has full freedom on his transfers otherwise he would be sorting their poor areas. He's good because he is ruthless which doesn't sit overly well with British culture but that doesn't mean he isn't the right man. We forget they came 2nd out of everyone else behind Man City. Premier League position is where its at - thats why I have a slightly negative opinion of Liverpool because they don't treat the Prem how other teams do. Has to be number 1 priority.
