  1. Yeah, the last one was and too many episodes with not a great deal going on however i've not lost the hype for it as every season before that was pretty darn amazing. I just can't call whats gonna happen. I'd love for all teh Starks to stay alive but I just can't see it happening. They kill off someone to shock the viewers for sure.
  2. Champions League for Spurs and Man Utd would be great this year, I like seeing both teams do well. Unlucky on the day spurs but De Gea was immense. You think Solsjkaer can get more than 6 wins in a row? What about 10? Not sure what the record is for new managers.
  3. I feel like I wanna have a guess?!? But i could be completely losing my marbles 😀😂
  4. The Amazon fire is a really good affordable alternative rich @tronic44. The kids have had theirs for years and seems very durable. Note though, they'll always feel far less responsive than an iPads. Kids use iPads more than the fires at home. I have seen you can get refurbished iPads for around 100 and are easy to use for older generations. It's the only Apple product I think is actually worth the money, well, at the refurbished price that is
  5. Welcome to FG @AutisticGamer. I can't echo enough what the guys have said above. You're more than welcome here, take a look around and get involved where you want/can. Phil is right, not sure where to get that type of PS4 from but CEX is a good start. I have an autistic son so I can relate to the difficulties you may have in life. Whatever happens moving forward just know that you've got this far and achieve whatever you want to if you set your mind to it. Btw Freely, always here for a chat as we've never known this til now either. If you ever want to talk more about your personal progression with life, gaming or any other stuff but want an opinion, you can always consider starting a Personal Progress Report (PPR). It's a section on here that only members can see and it really does bring us all closer together. It's your own little space on FG if you can see what I mean. We need to always try more to help each other. It's why FG has been here for this long.
  6. If it isn't his last match then it showed on the news how awkward it would be for Andy after all the greats of his era were saying thank you and well done for his his career in a short video at the end of the match.
  7. April 14th. Can't bloody wait. It's been the one tv series out of the past decade I actually get excited about the next episode all week. Partly wish it wasn't the last series 😭
  8. Its only on for this weekend and PS4 but you can download from the PSN Store the Open Beta until Jan 14th 10am EST. 5 players are playable and it has the Online Versus mode available just for this period. The game will be out March 1st. Would be good to know if anyone has a chance at giving it a go and let us know what you think? I'll download it shortly too.
  9. They seem to have been doing some concept drawing and feedback sessions and have now ended up with the below product. They've still said it may slightly change but this is what it will be. Also has the game you're playing written on the front. Looks better than the ones before, but this all feels still a little visionary and not too real yet. Still talking a good talk though.
  10. I must admit that although these games frustrate the fuck out of me when I die, I was enjoying just learning to craft and build a new home for us. In fact I fell asleep trying to build some damn walls! 😂
  11. It may be down to him now being able to qualify automatically. However, I'm still with you because there's no doubt that Wimbledon would give him a wild card anyway. Yeah, I didn't want to be too harsh this time round 😂
  12. I actually just meant I'm really bad at this game!! Thanks though Rich! (I still can't see it! 😂😂)
  13. I'm atm totally opposite. Eat a slice of seed sensations toast at 8am, by 10am I need to eat my lunch. Cut down to one brown batch (roll for you non-Coventry dickheads) with ham or turkey, crisps and go ahead biscuits. Maybe a yoghurt too. Then it's starve til 5.30/6 for dinner. I just get hungry AF about 8/9/10. I have ate chocolate all my life, love sweet stuff like donuts etc but I know it can't be as much as it was. My metabolism has completely changed. I've not had fitness for 2 years (uaed to play football for 1 hour training and a game on sundays). I've now gone up one size in jeans and I couldn't fit in my Xmas suit. My belly is massive but it looks just slightly larger than it used to. The key trigger was 2 senior managers at work I get on with completely separately saying "you're packing it abit aren't you Lee?" Heart sank. Just know I have to get back on playing cos I hate fitness too but I can't eat like I used to. Not too uber healthy but need to be abit more mindful, you know? Fruits is a good way to go, cheers. I'm also told though you shouldn't eat too many sweet fruit as it has too much natural sugars. Ffs. I hate bitter shit. It is good when you take a step back in the world, we should all be a little more conscious. It's just that's it's boring as hell for me 😂
  14. I have glasses and I'm still blind as a bat.

  16. Through what I can see and my opinion on what parts were Activisions issues, were mainly around the production the timeline of content, the cost of this content to the consumer and microtransactions. Activision investment and support has meant we have got far more regular content than we have ever before on Destiny and on most games (exception of Fortnite). The difficulty of that though is we have had to pay for that investment in a big way. Season Passes are now fundamentally part of Activisions games however other companies now don't do this. Microtransactions are clearly the way to go but again should be accessible via other means (in-game currency) and if it isn't, it must be cosmetic and reasonably priced - Bungie wouldn't have put a $10 price tag on their Iron Banner, Whisper, Thunderlord, etc bundles. That's Activision. I'll be clear in setting expectations which I think after this year we'll have to get used to - content will be slower as they have less developers. It's the quality of the content that needs to be there. That's what Forsaken was. Until we see Anthem, which I think we're all still apprehensive about, I can't pick a game out right now that rivals the variety of content, the grouping up/social aspect, and the solid shooting that comes with a Bungie developed game.
  17. Whilst I do have that soft spot for Destiny that doesn't mean I won't call them out. This forge puzzle recently was something that they tried but didn't pan out right and was wrong to timegate people into waiting for a 4th forge. However, I'll always be a person, regardless of the game, to try and understand why they do things as most changes have positive intentions. (E.g. that forge puzzle was the right concept of a hidden puzzle but by being transparent with comms about a hidden 4th forge it meant people just wanted the content tonplay and shoot stuff rather than cater to 5% of the community that are experts in the Raid Secrets community).
  18. Whilst still no gameplay whatsoever and very little info at all coming out a Czech retailer accidentally leaked a date of November 29th for this title. I'd hope that means we get to see some gameplay in the coming few months. I'd like to try a Metroid game, it's never appealed to me much before a Switch.
  19. I think it's great news overall. However it doesn't guarantee success in any way and like Rob says, there's no one to be the scapegoat now. There are now the biggest independent game publisher and I will always have a soft spot for Bungie. Halo and Halo 2 took gaming to a whole new level for me. Hearing a lot of thoughts and reviews I tend to believe a lot of good value will eventually come out of this but we may be waiting for a while for how this changes the updates and world of Destiny. I also think we will get a Destiny 3 too. Just a frickin better one that just has Bungie on the box.
  20. Full news story here https://www.bbc.com/sport/amp/tennis/46833018?__twitter_impression=true Britain's Andy Murray says he plans to retire after this year's Wimbledon but fears next week's Australian Open could be the final tournament of his career. The three-time Grand Slam winner, who is struggling to recover from hip surgery, was in tears at a news conference in Melbourne on Friday. "I'm not sure I'm able to play through the pain for another four or five months," said the 31-year-old Scot. "I want to get to Wimbledon and stop but I'm not certain I can do that." However, Murray says he still intends to play his Australian Open first-round match against Spanish 22nd seed Roberto Bautista Agut next week. ___________________ It must be horrible to have to be stop the thing you love because of something beyond your control. Whilst us English have always had that Scot joke going for Forever and a day, you can't take away what he's done for British sport and Tennis as a whole. For him to win 3 Grand Slams and perform like he did in arguably the best era for producing top tennis stars (Federer, Nadal, Djokovic) is amazeballs. I remember his Grand Slam at Wimbledon and I also remember his Gold Medal at London Olympics. Great feeling to see a man like that beat the cream of the crop and I hope his body can not be too broken so we can see him in one last Wimbledon.
  21. Alongside these two, we currently have a small amount of people on a Minecraft Server too. That could be expanded if we got this going again. Would be great to some thoughts on this from others as getting a large group together certainly makes gaming a lot more fun, no matter what the game is. Rich, do all of these cost money? Where possible it would be great to support more servers but to be clear to everyone here, money will always play a factor (and having awesome donators like we have for the current ones too ❤️)
  22. Man, I hate getting old. For the first time in my life i'm having to far more conscious on how much food, more specifically rubbish sugary food, than ever before. I've never had to do this ever in my life and it is the most boring thing for me to do. I eat because I have to. Don't get me wrong I love good food but it isn't what I think about everyday. Are any of you people having to get a routine going and is there any techniques I can use on how to get rid of the temptation for chocolate and sweets or even just anything unhealthy at random times through the day? I have to get my weight down, i'm not heavy by any stretch but this is the heaviest i've ever been and the unfittest also. Any decent easy healthy food thoughts wouldn't go a miss either.
  23. Watched a ton of movies over the Christmas break. Ace Ventura (both movies) - 'Like A Glove!' 😂 Man, these are classic. I can't get over how the slapstick Jim Carrey performs in them still cracks me up. Some of the jokes though...really wouldn't fly if it was released today. Se7en - Ages well, Freeman plays a great cop whereas Brad Pitt just annoys me in it. Kevin Spacey is such a good baddie too. Avengers Infinity War - First time watching again since the cinema. Just as good as the first watch. Some of the scenes with Thanos kicking ass is gutwrenching yet you want it to carry for as long as humanly posssible. Why does it have to be so long to wait for the next film and Captain Marvel?! Pacific Rim Uprising - Now, I know the first film isn't a great film for most but for me, I loved the action in it and the Jaegers were just something I've always loved. Unfortunately the sequel is really bad and doesn't really do the first film any justice. Things in the film should matter and you just don't care one bit. I can't believe a film that the Japanese admire so much could have such bad storyline connections in it. Gutted. Then there was....Ready Player One. My god. For a gaming nerd, that loves Spielberg and CGI style movies, this one by a clear crystal mile goes into my top 3 films ever. The story is beautifully crafted, the characters are memorable and its like doing one of your most enjoyable Quests from your favourite game. For a gamer at heart, you have to watch this ASAP.
  24. This is the biggest news for quite a while to come out of Destiny. Massive implications, and I am being very positive about the future of Destiny after this statement being released. OUR DESTINY 0h - Destiny Dev Team When we first launched our partnership with Activision in 2010, the gaming industry was in a pretty different place. As an independent studio setting out to build a brand new experience, we wanted a partner willing to take a big leap of faith with us. We had a vision for Destiny that we believed in, but to launch a game of that magnitude, we needed the support of an established publishing partner. With Activision, we created something special. To date, Destiny has delivered a combination of over 50 million games and expansions to players all around the world. More importantly, we’ve also witnessed a remarkable community – tens of millions of Guardians strong – rise up and embrace Destiny, to play together, to make and share memories, and even to do truly great things that reach far beyond the game we share, to deliver a positive impact on people’s everyday lives. We have enjoyed a successful eight-year run and would like to thank Activision for their partnership on Destiny. Looking ahead, we’re excited to announce plans for Activision to transfer publishing rights for Destiny to Bungie. With our remarkable Destiny community, we are ready to publish on our own, while Activision will increase their focus on owned IP projects. The planned transition process is already underway in its early stages, with Bungie and Activision both committed to making sure the handoff is as seamless as possible. With Forsaken, we’ve learned, and listened, and leaned in to what we believe our players want from a great Destiny experience. Rest assured there is more of that on the way. We’ll continue to deliver on the existing Destiny roadmap, and we’re looking forward to releasing more seasonal experiences in the coming months, as well as surprising our community with some exciting announcements about what lies beyond. Thank you so much for your continued support. Our success is owed in no small part to the incredible community of players who have graced our worlds with light and life. We know self-publishing won’t be easy; there’s still much for us to learn as we grow as an independent, global studio, but we see unbounded opportunities and potential in Destiny. We know that new adventures await us all on new worlds filled with mystery, adventure, and hope. We hope you’ll join us there. See you starside. BUNGiE
