I've reinstalled so when i'm back from hols in a week's time i can get some games in maybe we can find a night to all get on and give it a bash? So, this game keeps on giving to me. Fuck knows how on earth its become my main game for the past 2 weeks but i've certainly enjoyed the experience way more than expected, especially more so cos a group of you guys have been on to chat to along the way. A recap of the last few nights. Tl:dr - Some good, some bad, me in trouble, me sorry 😬 Met @poisnouspancake Caleb the other night and he's a good lad, even if he's taken the past 3 days, dying multiple times just to get to homebase. Its a bit like Rich @tronic44 has only ran across the map the two times hes played only for him to run out of shit and die. FML. One day, you will get there Richyboi and we'll throw a camp party 💃🕺 I've done more marathons as we ran out of nails for the base because it really needs fortifying alot more. Probably our bad for getting 47 Car tents and sticking them on a slight gradient in the woods. At least though we're doing it properly, not like the rest of the bases we've seen that use existing structures like castles or buildings to use as a base. If we're in, we're ALL IN. Anyway, we went to Sosnovka for some multiple airdrops. Seems a hotspot for them to drop of late. Out of the 4 i've seen drop though, 2 have despawned as soon as we've got there and seen the smoke (WTF), one was a military drop so lots of bullets and a few guns back at base for you guys, and one basebuilding drop (YAY!) I went to log off a few nights ago cos the wife asked to watch a film in bed. I told her in a few minutes cos i needed to get to a save point...I still had 5,000 miles to run to the drop 🤣 Good job i did because i grabbed 6/7 boxes of nails from it and immediately logged off. As i've stated a ramp for our car on the side of the base, we thought we'd take the car for a spin to get Rich as he keeps being unlucky and spawning MILES away. Anyway, yes @crispymorgan might be right in that we probably should build a shed at the road at the bottom of the hill for it, but i still love the idea having a raised garage on the side of our base to secure it and also get in. Crispy lagged out and had the car on its bonnet once, luckily no damage it seemed...thats when i took over cos i needed to get Rich and (finally!) Dylan @Dylanimo16 jumped on so he was on the way. On the way to Dylan on a straight round the car swayed, a massive sound took place and I blacked out. Fuck. I thought i messed it up. 2 minutes later though the screen just came alive, the car was in the middle of the road, nothing around it and barring the engine light was amber everything was fine - or so I thought. Grabbed Dylan and raced along the coast to Rich, Yay! As we started our way back from near Elektro, we stopped at another car Dylan thought it could be another one for us. I turned the engine off. Bad move. Went to restart it after we realised it was just a fake car with no parts and I coudln't restart it. Radiator ruined. Spark Plug ruined and weirdly one tyre said it was fucked but it looked okay. We went to find stuff on the long way back to base and Dylan has another radiator but we need a car battery and spark plug 13,000 miles away to bring it back to the car. Man, i'm so sorry. Took me and you guys searching for shit and after finally finding one I gone an fucked up badly. Heres hoping its still there and we can fix it at some point. The harsh reality of not getting too attached to loot/cars really kicked in for me. So, some base building to do for us all, rescuing the car or getting a new one, and working out how to raid some of our closest people me thinks. We've had a few decent chats at home over recent weeks about how we love finding querky places to go but we think we'd love it even more if we potentially looked into a motorhome of some kind that we could travel around the UK with. I'm not think Campervan style as per the likes of @Stretch616 and @G_dub52 , fair props to them as I don't think I have the knack of doing the work on something like this and we'd probably want to push for something slightly bigger and in a finished kind of condition. I'm just wondering what types of motorhomes work well, decently priced, and the more practical elements we should look out for. I'd love for an FG camping meet up one day, I think my only worry is about driving something that big for a change! What out there? Anyone else tempted by the Motorhome ideas, especially how Covid has impacted our lives?

Well, what a week its been on the server. I think i've done about 17 Marathon's back and forward from our original base to the new base. We now have a cracking range of Car Tents, Medium Tents, Camo Boxes, Camo Tents and the rest. We nearly have a fully wooden base around us, with exception to a few tiny spots and the fact you can still climb over the top of some walls in certain places 🤣, i've done my best to get it moving though! New people shouldn't be put off by the fact we've managed to collect this stuff. In fact, its probably saved you from the more boring elements in the game that you have to collect these types of bits to store all the exciting parts in - so i'll say 'my pleasure' in advance cos i found it quite relaxing! We've got to the point where we can now focus building a more secure base - need nails, hammers and more axes finding car/helicopter parts keep food supplies topped up I think we really could after that focus on trying to break in some other enemy bases. I'm pretty sure now we've come across around 6/7 territories that are owned by other players. Thanks to @crispymorgan finding some unique parts none of us have found yet - a pristine BBQ which amazeballs I must say and also a gas mask filter...so potentially one person could go to the elusive gold mine which is known as Tisy Military Base. We also should keep an eye out for Airdrops too for extra basebuilding materials. My god, its been infruriating that the past 2 days i've travelled nearly 10,000 metres one way only to find the drop disappear or alreayd taken...and then I have to spend my troubles finding enough food to get my dying ass body back to base. High Risk, High Reward I say and its been worth it every time. Keep popping those multivitamins and we'll get through it!! An enormous ground work effort means that when @Diddums and @Capn_Underpants and anyone else joins in the fun, they'll find it tough but won't have to worry about trying to become the next Forrest Gump Simulator 😎 GGFG @BO7H B4RRELS @phil bottle @crispymorgan P.S. @Greboth, get your ass on this boi...I even think @Plumbers Crack shouldn't be frightened to try it out anymore.

So....what do we reckon? We've talked it over the years and until PES brings out a viable Pro Clubs alternative I don't mind giving this a go. The current FIFA is now £15 to buy and as I now a number of people love football here as well as own a copy of the game I thought it might be cool to see who is interested in doing a little Pro Clubs together? They're creating some neat swag of late and I really badly want some of the Bungie rewards, even just for show in my game area. I've ordered the The Stranger statue now they've released it without DLC. With DLC it was coming out at £120 which didn't want to part with but the statue is £60 on its own which is way more in my price range. I've always loved The Stranger as a charcter in the Destiny 1 universe and as she's coming back in Beyond Light, it seemed only appropriate to get it. Nice idea Elliott and hope you get some success with it 😎 I think the hardest thing with business ideas will be the overall cost, even if the cost to benefit ratio is pretty good. Usual direct debits around £100 or over from people out of Not London are the ultimate key ones you need to live - Mortgage, Council Tax, Car loan and maybe Electric/Gas combined. I think if you can break the mold and enter that bracket then top effort mate. If someone wants it enough, they'll pay it.

In a quiet space in the world, BioWare continue to work on the 2.0 reboot for Anthem and they are starting to share it through social media, being very open and transparent that this is still early days. The early signs are very promising and it looks very different to what it was, especially with UI design and methods of rewarding players. Highlights are: Loot revealed immediately Equip it as soon as you get it Better hit registration Gear re-rolling Mods Coin now drops from enemies They've also shared screenshots and early development videos of certain aspects that show this off. I know what you're thinking...sounds a little like Destiny right? Well, all lives service games are gonna take the best bits for themselves and I don't blame them. It will make the excitement of the game go up with things popping on the screen and different rolls to chase. The new loadout screen looks inviting and more familiar to players of other games: Big numbers make me happy. Great stuff Collier! Scourge is definitely a full run and then maybe do the boss a few times over because its a great raid that a lot here have down pretty well so won't take long. I hear the cries of Prestige's all around FG 🤣They are the ones I think we all wanna do but never get round to! Spire we should plan for you Collier as its something we need to the time for as the boss phase is something that has to ran pretty damn perfect for all 6 players. Also, Eddie Howe has left Bournemouth by mutual consent. One of the last, if not the last of the managers that could keep his job forever. Whilst they've been relegated and maybe need a change, its unreal how he took that team from the bottom of League 2 to the Premier League and stay there for 5 years. Its a shame other teams can't stick by their manager more often. Too much instant success needed these days. I'm glad we still have Tony Mowbray 3 years in....even though I hear the fickle fans on Twitter calling for his name from time to time. Be careful what you wish for I say. It'll be interesting to see where Callum Wilson goes. He surely has to play in the Premier League.

Football wise, they deserve to be there. Best footballing team in the Championship, probably the last 2 years running. They've just got bullied out of a few games here and there. However, even when I say that its the sign of the times when I just look at the Premier League and wonder how on earth the most random of teams get there and some historic clubs are left wandering the lower leagues. I mean, how on earth do you come to support Brentford?! Especially, when they are stuck so closely around all the big London clubs. Yes. I'm totally well jel of their football.

They'll always be that concern with 343 vs what Bungie created but I think you can find yourself too hung on those external factors. The fundamental core of Halo is still there and what everyone loved about it. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Its a bold move for sure, but they've identified how the market is going and to come back into the light they need to do something groundbreaking, which they have. Who knows, we could get an evolving world like Destiny and that makes me excited.

Absolute gamechanger. This could really shake up people's feelings about the console they buy now. I don't want to play it on PC btw, you know what i'm like 😎
