I'm now all of a sudden really interested in seeing if he can do well at another club. Just a shame hes doing this at such a late stage in his career. If he goes to China it'll be a travesty.

Yeah @Dan94 , I'm totally with @J4MES OX4D on this as i'm just not sure 4k is ultimately needed quite yet. 4k feels like this Ultra HD mode that Sky try to flog but if i'm honest we all don't get much benefit from it. I think we've had the biggest jump that our eyes could take from Standard graphics to Full HD. Also, you didn't get my subtle hint to clearly pick up a PC if you get a PC gaming monitor. You know it makes sense to have all of the things!

We've done a pretty good job of getting itr pretty much back to where it was within a 3-5 hours I reckon. @Diddums was back on getting his Steam achievements and killing bears. @crispymorgan and @Ajay alternated trying to also find more bears and kill them, dying in the process. @Greboth went on a trip with me to fetch a shared quest. I then subsequently died from a Warthog. How on earth those buggers can jump fences i'll never know. @phil bottle was on to steady the ship and make sure we had some more Iron smelting and the resources were on their way back up, although i'm not sure he's overly happy with me building a lovely walkway to his radio tower base 😬 He's just shy to unexpected visitors i'm sure. I'm pretty chuffed with all this, considering I broke my leg. Twice. Frustratingly the second time was 2 minutes left before I could be fully better. Did I mention I love this game 🙃 Hope you like the storage boxes Rachel @tronic44, no time lost whilst you've been lazy at work doing absolutely nothing as per usual 😉 I think the last box has your favourite things in it, waiting for you to build some engineering fantasmic stuff. We all hoped you like the chairs though too. We've nearly got enough to full surround the entire edges 🤣

I turn it on and its like i've said before, a super awesome MP game that we should def play together. However, whilst the max player group is set to 4(!) then its not much fun splitting up a larger group of us online and playing separately. We all want to see each other fall off a cliff! Still can't quite believe they haven't addressed it in any comments i've seen from them.

Yeah, this theme is a pretty good one as most places now expect a standard Light/Dark theme at the click of a button, hence the Moon option for everyone at the top menu. Slowly getting there with other things now, have to integrate each feature one by one in case something gets knocked out because of it. You'll also see graphics coming along as we're getting there. As said before, anything that jumps out at you please say here.

So....its been a while for an update for this hasn't it? So lets get one up as you'll love this (even though at the time I didn't 🙈😬) Rich has updated the server to the Alpha Experimental Update so its been good to see how some things have changed. We've started making a base and Rich did a lot of groundwork alongside Greebs and Phil to bring it along. Then came last night 🙈 I logged on after seeing Didds still on the case. Didds was making his little hut minding his own business whilst I was upstairs on the base where all the storage was. We had boxes full of resources, ammo, meds, food....well pretty much anything you could've hoped for really at the start. Schematics were there, as were new Pill boxes and fancy storage that Rich must've spent a whole night to carve and create. Anyways, I looked up at the nice promenade view that was there (think of it as an exquisite balcony, fit for only kings and queens that could get a vantage point to pop Zombies in the eyes) and next thing I knew a huge thunder sound happened and my life went into slow motion as I watched the ENTIRE base where all the storage and balcony set up just fell like a pack of cards to a slow painful death. I was speechless. Well, near enough speechless as I kept saying 'No, no, no, no!' Diddums on the other hand didn't hear a thing from below and was wondering what the hell I was panicking and ditraight about. And then he looked up.... I wish I had a picture before this. The base about 10-12 storage boxes the base was quite large. It was soul destroying. Even more so because Didds was laughing his ass off leaving me to feel sick for the entire night 🤣🤣 I could not believe it. It seemed as others cared for me as Phil and Crispy joined us later on....but nope. That was more to see the massacre that had happened and to jump in with the laughing at Lee moment FML 🙈 Fr the short time I was on after this, I went to grab a ton of resources so things could be rebuilt. Wood, Iron, Coal, Sulphate, etc. I managed to also do a few Treasure Quest supply runs which had some very much needed food supplies in them. I dumped all my stuff in one of the remaining chests that was close to the middle and the beds. One good thing I found with this update is that the Quests have been fleshed out a little with the treasure ones showing a map of overall surface it is in - a huge difference to what it is was previously so I really love that update. Anyways, what an eventful evening. Not gonna lie, Ifelt exhausted by the end of the night, trying to recuperate and calm down from all the drama. I only popped on to have a look at the base and eat some Eggs and Bacon. FML GGs all @tronic44 @Diddums @phil bottle @crispymorgan @Greboth

Oh man, absolutely was a blast. I've always wanted to do this for years but was hesitant as you never know how its gonna go. Glad we've managed to set it off now and what a start we had. We're already sitting one point away from the title with 3 games to go. Some epic plays last night. Diego 'Sebba' Forlan crashing the goals in, Tom scoring the 2 easiest goals in his life but looked like they could've missed, Pat 'Jordie' McGroin being an absolute unit in the middle whilst we all pissed ourselves laughing at his name most of the night, Phil's jinky runs down the wing setting up multiple goals...for us to all miss, and George's bullet goal, the first ever in the history of FG (not to mention every pass was like a bullet even if you were 2 yards away from him). I really think if we can keep meeting up at least once a week but if people are keen to meet then i'm down with that. Ultimately it doesn't need us all to be there, it just would be good if anyone plays games that come here and give everyone an update. If anyone else is on the fence and thinking about joining then they should give it a go! Honestly, proper good laughs and banter alongside some terrible/awesome football along the way. Seriously though, there was only one game we got hammered 3-0 so I think we did pretty darn well as for some its been the first FIFA games for years! So FYI - Why the site might change from its original colours to a bland default one with no logos, colours, etc is because that is recovery mode for us. I've managed to get our theme back for the time being however I now can't access Admin elements so it stops me from updating / fixing the site. It really is a PITA but i'm waiting on a support ticket to be answered. Hopefully they'll resolve it quickly.

Thats why I put the post up earlier - this shouldn't look like this at all right now but it won't allow anyone to see the default best theme (not even me). I've been on work calls most of the day so going to have another stab at it shortly.

As you can probably imagine, works are continuing. Its doing some strange things which now include setting it back to the standard view with no logo, colours, etc. I'll try and keep posting up in here so you know things are still ongoing. Not a bad way to go alongside my first day back at work today! 🙈

Big question for you should be, are you looking to grow into PC gaming on top of console? You may need a slightly bigger budget if you want the ultimate best 4K monitor.

Yep, thats one of them. We could've had Grid mode last time but they've updated it so its cleaner and works far better now. Grid mode is the default, however i've opened up the option for everyone to select how they want to view the Forum section specifically: So now everyone can select their favourite way of seeing the forum pages. The options are: Table: A tradional forum index table view Grid: Displays forums as cards in a grid Fluid: A simpler dynamic listing topics with a forum filter box Everyone is free to use what they like. The default i'm pressing ahead with for now because the forums in this card format (and eventually added pics) definitely adds a colour to the forum page and gets us one step nearer to when we can look at a Homepage highlighting all other aspects of FG. The great thing about most things at FG is that we can give choice still even if the default is not exactly how you like it (although, i'd love it if it was).

All, you can now set how you want to read comments on FG, whether its first post, last post or to first unread within your own profile. Click on 'Settings' Click on 'Content View Behavior' in the left hand menu Select your own Preference I know this matters to alot of people, including me! 😄

Hi All, just a heads up to mention that the site has been updated significantly overnight and furthermore this morning so you will see some things a little out of place until I can fix it all correctly. This update significantly makes changes across the entire site, whilst we have had the long outstanding security fixed (massive thanks to @Shucker ) and also Commerce has been purchased and installed. Anything you notice looks slightly, feel free to mention it here - obviously i'll be already aware of certain things such as colours, text and alignment of menus/logos already. Busy day ahead - GGFG!

Yeah, i've known about the story for some time so its why, whether or not I like it, follow him and how he gets on. I don't think he'd have been the player he is now if he came to play under Big Sam you know! I wanted Inter to win it. Sevilla are similar to Barca that they just get one up and fall over at every opportunity. Spanish leagues have made some players mentality annoying weird. Fair play to them though, to beat an Inter side that has got the 2nd highest European goalscoring strikeforce was commendable. I feel Inter lost it more so Sevilla won it - that won't be on the trophy though 🏆

I'll have a look around Justin and see whats out there. Special lights or just one that works? Tbh, most keyboards are pretty similar, mice seem to be a little different.
