  1. Beta registration now up http://rainbow6.ubi.com/siege/en-gb/beta/index.aspx
  2. Based on upcoming games this year:- Akrham Knight next Tuesday - paid only £21 for it MGS V Black Ops 3 maybe Fallout 4 Battlefront 3 depending on release quality
  3. I'm a bit of a Half Life veteran and have all the boxed disc versions but decided just to get them all on Steam to save on the hassle of re-installing by disc - I had Half Life 2 on Steam but that is with an account from 2003 that is long gone now After playing Black Mesa; I just wanted to go back to all the HL games from the start but god knows when I'm gonna find time to finish them. £6.79 for the lot plus extra content is an unreal price too! You should half a look at Black Mesa - it's a stunning mod of the original. The Xen levels aren't finished but the core of the game is all there and it's amazing http://store.steampowered.com/app/362890/
  4. Partial scorestreak list
  5. England ladies win again - worth watching just for Toni Duggan
  6. Not the best quality video but a good indicator of the world and mechanics
  7. Yep and Treyarch's games seem to be notorious for bad bullet detection and lag. The beta should be interesting but it's a shame you have to pre-order/purchase just to get in!
  8. He's ginger and he's banged Anna Friel and Billie Piper and now he's landed a Top Gear role. He's basically some sort of god in this country and nobody can understand why
  9. It'll be a PVP fest right from the get-go I expect if the likes of DayZ and other survival games to go by. The presentation yesterday was pretty underwhelming and the game looks exceptionally poor when showcased on hardware-comparable systems as opposed to the textually-enhanced demos we've seen previous. The framerate looks shite as well so I'm expecting <25fps at best. Looks more bloody downgraded than Watch Dogs but at least Ubisoft are demonstrating the game now at face value as opposed to leaving it at the last minute to spill the beans.
  10. Only 25% off Elite Dangerous which is a bit disappointing Looks like the publishers are holding out for top dollar even though the game isn't selling strongly.
  11. I pretty much stopped around then too and not because I couldn't understand the roman numerals Oh blimey; I didn't realise they had real time combat in the latest ones - I prefer turn-based for this type of game as there is greater strategy in the stats, items and powers.
  12. FF7 was such a memorable game and definitely in my top 10 fave PS1 games. I've really lost touch with the series since the PS2 iterations though and for the life of me I don't know what number they're on now. I saw one advertised that was like 'Final Fantastic XVI-2.5' or something, which just confused the hell out of me. I think a remake would be highly welcomed though especially on such an old but vintage title.
  13. Announced to be released sometime down the line in digital form. Finished Heavy Rain on my friends PS3 and it was absolutely incredible so I'll be looking forward to getting this double pack and doing it all again whilst experiencing BTS too. A bit of a shitter that the PS4 isn't backwards compatible really but hopefully these will be a respectfully discounted on release http://blog.eu.playstation.com/2015/06/16/heavy-rain-and-beyond-two-souls-are-coming-to-ps4/
  14. Same. The One was a total fuck up from the start in general; not only was the hardware inferior compared to the PS4 but they originally had that online 24/7 policy, compulsory Kinect and no game sharing/pre-owned. Damage was done right off the bat which was a shame because the 360 was such a good console and they just made some catastrophic decisions which set them back millions of units from the get-go. They have worked hard to rectify the situation though which has made the One now a far more attractive proposition from what it was especially with Windows 10 and DX12 on the way. I'll probably get a One down the line sometime when it's cheaper and in slim form.
  15. After the success of The Stick of Truth; we have Fractured Butthole on the way yay South Park: The Fractured but Whole is an upcoming role-playing video game developed by Ubisoft San Francisco, in collaboration with South Park Digital Studios and published by Ubisoft for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows. The game is based on the American adult animated television series South Park, and the plot follows after South Park: The Stick of Truth. South Park: The Fractured But Whole will feature twelve superhero classes of which are revealed to be the Brutalist, the Blaster, the Speedster, Elementalist, Gadgeteer, Mystic, Cyborg, Psychic, Assassin, Commander, Netherborn, and Karate Kid. The Fractured but Whole takes place after the events of South Park: The Stick of Truth. The children of South Park begin a new adventure, again set in the fictional town of South Park in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, becoming role-playing superheroes. However, a falling-out over Cartman's planned film franchise splinters the boys into two groups. Those who side with Cartman join Coon and Friends, while rival group Freedom Pals call for their own franchise, starting a civil war between the two groups.[1] The player again controls The New Kid, though now has the option of changing his gender to female.
  16. Is that really BO3 or just AW DLC is disguise? Sony have exclusivity rights - wonder if MS just had enough of the franchise as it's hardly the system seller it used to be.
  17. Completely agree Joe! Also they've partnered with Valve for the Win10 VR which is going to be a powerhouse of hardware and the source 2 software. Hopefully Sony can come back strong especially on the software front but in terms of hardware; this has been a monumental day for Microsoft and gaming along with being a turning point in the current generation.
  18. Early access also announced for Xbox One. Whilst I'm not a massive fan of the concept; this will be a major plus for them also.
  19. More gameplay
