All trailers tend to appear like this. COD ones are the worst - guy gets blitzed with bullets but never even gets hit. I'm sure the game will have difficulty levels in place on top of the typical RPG xp scaling.

26 in total I believe and it could've been 30 if they didn't make the final DLC exclusively zombies maps. We'll probably be lucky to get 15 at this rate in Cold War and that's including remakes.

Instead of us getting Jungle, Firing Range and Summit once again, I'd rather have Grid, Radiation and Hotel which haven't been remade I don't think. BO1 had many great maps but Treyarch are fixated on the same old shit. LIke-for-like remakes of Havana, WMD and Stadium would be great IMO and even maps like Array would play well with Cold War's mechanics.

I'm glad they've done away with all the side missions and filler bullcrap but the length of the game does worry me a bit especially as what you do in the first two hours is what you're essentially doing all the way through. Game does look great though but it's a shame Ubisoft have once again got too carried away with scale - they did initially say Valhalla was smaller and shorter than Odyssey but this isn't the case.

Bear in mind this is the Xbox One X which is far superior to the standard XB1 and PS4 so I will wait for a Digital Foundry video to see how the true original consoles can handle it. Some noticeable frame drops when driving on the One X but the next gen one looks smooth and fairly impressive.

Shenmue 3 belatedly arrives on Steam tomorrow. May get it depending on the price but my expectations will be quite low. Picked up the first two on CDKeys for £2.49 so I may revisit them first although they've probably not aged too well. I've pretty much ignored everything about the third game since it went to Epic.

Ah I keep forgetting about the AUG because it's a tactical rifle rather than an AR in this game. I unlocked it a few days ago but completely forgot to add it to a class so thanks for reminding me!

I haven't tried the Gallo yet as I just can't let the Hauer go but I did have a go with it during the beta and it was incredibly OP. Even if one shot doesn't get the kill, the fire rate is so rapid that you're practically guaranteed it on the next! I don't think I've been killed by it very much though. I've really been struggling to get going with an SMG class today - tried the MP5, Bullfrog and Milano yet I really struggled particularly with them being barebones. Thankfully the AK74u feels really good and I've unlocked some good early attachments so it's already handling well.

I started with the XM4 then moved onto the Krig 6 and am now trying out the QBZ-83 - all very poweful and enjoyable primaries. I've been using the Hauer 77 shotgun as a secondary which is now my highest leveled weapon - it's brutal and great fun to use. Not quite as filthy as the 725 from MW but it's fair. I use the danger close wildcard for two stuns and semtex. Perks seem slow to unlock so I've largely been rolling Flak Jacket, Gear Head and Gung-Ho although I can't wait to unlock Ninja. I think the Krig 6 is probably my go-to weapon though but despite the lack of weapons, the class system is pretty good.
