  1. Probably PS4. But I could see myself building a PC for this....
  2. Realistic mode sounds awesome!
  3. I have a pc I can use, but finding roms looks like a great way to get a virus
  4. Does anyone have any experience restoring arcade machines. I'd love a cab in my garage. Ideally I'd like a Sega rally upright, but I also like the idea of a mame unit with multiple roms. Has anyone done anything similar?
  5. I've bought garden warfare 2 so y'all can get fucked!!!!
  6. £59.99 hardly breaks the bank, but yeah, it's a pain deleting games only to fancy playing them again.
  7. I have to say, I don't know why I didn't own this game from day one. A proper tactical shooter that requires restraint and aggression in equal measures. Not played with a squad yet, but clearing the killing house was a shit tonne of fun.
  8. I've watched a few streams, and I have to say it looks exactly the kind of pace I like. Cod for me represents the worst of online gaming. It's so fast that connection speed differences are magnified. You can keep running running jumping and do a 360 with a sniper and win. Fuck that, I want to plan a infiltration and execute it. Get it got people.
  9. still looking for a game to grab my time. this is cheaper on PSN so might pick it up.
  10. look at how well he is playing. jumping up and down like crazy, just like a real soldier doesn't. its halo with a texture pack and familiar guns.
  11. Yes the city is massive, but why waste all that dev time if you only go there once? There seems to be a blank canvas and nothing to fill it. They need a team of guys just thinking shit up to do, and then implementing it. storm a building floor to roof, survive a wave of attacks, full on riot, kill a target in a crowd of friendlies with no casualties. The list could go on. But we've gone back to destiny, scan thing, protect thing until time=0. The dark zone is the key here put missions in the dark zone, make them hard as nails that require coop with sqauds, end boss needs teamwork. THEN one mega drop. squads could join enemy, hold off advance until timer win. let us join multiple teams together and have a fucking war. Basically all the hard work is done, THINK OUTSIDE THE FUCKING BOX UBISOFT and make fresh content frequent and free, or at least cheap. I'm taking my PS4 to work, and destiny will be coming this time.
  12. There must be a car share option?
  13. Looking at getting a meet set up at the Arcade club if there is enough interest. There is a premier inn not too far away I'll get details if people need them. The idea would be arrive on Saturday, It's open till late so doesn't need to be mega early. There's a bar so we can have beers, maybe get fudz for a bit. Entry is £10 for all day. Hotel is £40 ish Thoughts?
  14. The best one I know of now is on combine on the rocky side. When running past the gap half way down wall run high to avoid getting shot from the centre of the map.
  15. What the title says really. £36.84
  16. Been playing a bit of hardcore, and seem to do much better. Makes sense really as it's all I used to play for years. It seems to divide opinion, what mode do you prefer?
  17. I'd buy that ALL day long.
  18. Also forgot to mention, they had an Oculus Rift. Wow. Playing starwars was amazing. I will be buying whatever version comes out for the PS4.
  19. Took Alex to arcade club this weekend. This is a gamers paradise with all the games we used to play but never got to finish due to lack of money! After paying a £10 entrance fee (£5 for kids) you are let loose in a large floor of a warehouse. From Asteroids to Indy 500 and every game you can think of in between. Loads of Pinball machines too. They are also home to Manchester battle arena for fighting games, and some of those guys looked pretty damn good. If we can get enough interest, might be worth trying to organise a Forever Gaming day trip (or possibly overnight beer fuelled sillyness) http://www.arcadeclub.co.uk/
  20. First impressions. Let's address the obvious. It's laggy. It's no surprise that in a fast paced game such as this, there is going to be an element of guess work on the computers part, and it shows. In theory it should give and take, so I get killed by sir lags-a-lot, and people will be raging at my awesome kills. It pisses me off anyway, because nobody likes to lose. Laggy cunts. The game itself is pretty good. It's a bit intimidating with the numerous options loadout, kit, etc etc. Hard point is my favourite mode. It means I can play a strategy rather than running around like a headless chicken. Running around with no purpose leads to death, every time. Laggy Cunts. Once again the games greatest strength is the people we play with, so no worries here. I still feel like showering every time I finish playing so thanks for making me buy a game I love to hate. Looking forward to silly game modes and general shenanigans, until I get killed by you all. Laggy Cunts.
  21. working all weekend. I may be working on my PS4 though.
  22. Best game we used to play was MW2 hard-core team team kill challenge. Everyone joins one team and kills team members. Lowest score wins.
  23. I'm not bothered about goals, it's just there aren't any people at all to play with now on destiny.
  24. Whats the lifespan of this game? Destiny is as good as dead without anyone on, Battlefront is looking like a flop, and I'm bored as shit.
  25. Yeah, this was the game I was holding out for instead of BLOPS 3. Bugger.
