    Not sure where to put this, so I'll sound it out here. I want to make a funny fails video. So the first thing is we obviously all need to make sure that everyone is set up to voice record. Then we need to have a place to send them. Ideas? Then we need to edit a funny montage video. thoughts?

    I got the assassin bundle, so I'd suggest another one for diversity.

    Regarding the social areas, it should have way more people, and a staging area for raids/nightfalls. You could mingle with characters, have a look at them and invite them.

    Put simply freesync stops the monitor refreshing mid GPU refresh. It stops screen tearing. Its a bit like the old Vsync option on graphics that locks the refresh to the monitor.

    Went to the arcade club with some high spec computers ( i7 with 1080 cards). Man those things are slick. May see about tweaking up the performance.

    My build list so far. bare in mind this is a budget build, that must not raise suspicion with the boss lady. Screen - A terrible Dell screen I used to have at work (just to get me up and running) Peripherals - MX510 mouse and Logitech keyboard Headset - Tirtton pro+ surround CPU - Kaby lake G4600 (because I found it at almost the same price as a G4560) Motherboard - Gigabyte G250M RAM - Ballistix sport 2 x 4GB PSU - Corsair 80+ 450 (may upgrade) GPU - RX470 black edition Drives - 64GB SSD (free) and 2 x 1TB HDD (also free) running mirrored Case - Bitfenix somethingorother If all goes to plan this should come in at under £400 for a machine that will play todays games just nicely.

    And that right there is the reason that trophies are meaningless. Most people who have it did it the easy way. Now the easy way is patched. I should get a trophy for raiding with deadums.

    Thoroughly enjoyed last night. It's the best raid by far. Props to Charlie for keeping that relic going. Also to stretch for ignoring my useless directions "no there, left! right!". I'd like to run it again at some point for my second, and some may say superior hunter. Also, Vex. Vex Vex VEX!

    Gave my van a bit of TLC. Wash and polish, followed by some subtle audio upgrades (10 inch sub and amp to beef up the sounds). This thing is fast. Insanely fast. 204BHP 3.0 V6 Turbo Diesel. Many modestly fast vehicle owners have been crushed when they got overtaken by a van with a laughing idiot driving.

    So I dusted off an old Pi, installed the software (ridiculously easy) and am now gathering roms (let me know if you know good places to get them). Next i need get the plans for the cab and sort out the arcade style buttons. I'm in retro heaven right now.
