    Can I just say I wasn't expecting to be in a position for Dids to order them last night! I figured maybe we could wait for a cheap pair (how very northern of me) or maybe get amazon vouchers and make a contribution. It's a testament to the kindness of the folk that frequent this quirky corner of the internet and recognition of just how much effort has been put in by Mr. PMA himself. We've all made a real solid foundation to build our community, and I'm absolutely chuffed (look it up US/Canadia guys) to be a part of it. Once again, thanks to all who chipped in, those who have made an effort to post, and Lee for being Lee and turning this forum around. Normal moaning will now resume.

    I got Micro machines turbo tournament 96 from CEX for £3. Well worth keeping an eye out. I keep hearing stories of magnificent bargains from people going to car boot sales and picking up old NES systems and the like.

    Even the games we lost were good. I love it when the opposition is matched just right.

    I won 7 placement matches, drew 1, lost 2. Placed 100 points below my previous season finish. Other things like healers and shields etc get shitty ranks because they are under appreciated by the points system. How many times have you seen a mercy completely change a game and not even end up on the board. It's nuts.

    My bartop arcade is on hold while I spec out my PC. Once PC is sorted then its on to bigger and better things. I still really want a real arcade machine (sega rally upright)

    I recently installed retropie to my raspberry pi. Only have a few cool games running at the moment (streets of rage etc). But it's super easy and loads of fun. Anyone else got a Pi? I'll dig out the youtube video I followed.

    I'm down for revival games, just give me plenty of notice as I don't own some of them. The way I see it we have the foundations, and a core group of willing people. What we need to do is think about bringing more traffic and people through. That will mean dropping into game chat, sending friend requests and putting our name about. We are a unique gaming community, we play games and have a laugh. We are pretty good (I'd say slightly above average - higher if we drop diddums), but more importantly no too serious. Was great to log in at work this morning and have loads to read. Although I did miss my Morning FG from Lee

    Ah, bad habit. That is one loved motor. The amount of work and detail is mind blowing. Great thing about drag racing is the ability to talk to mechanics and drivers. I talked about going with my dad but never found the time. We should definitely do something, would be a hoot. Via the FG App

    Not sure where to put this, so I'll sound it out here. I want to make a funny fails video. So the first thing is we obviously all need to make sure that everyone is set up to voice record. Then we need to have a place to send them. Ideas? Then we need to edit a funny montage video. thoughts?
