There's mooted to be a new map about to drop soon, among order stuff happening at a forthcoming DayZ event. A winter map in Norway possibly but really no-one knows yet.
 
Plus all owners of DayZ who never bought the previous dlc map, Livonia, are being given it for free.
 
 
 

I saw the first episode yesterday and I've got to say I was pretty impressed, it seems very good and solid with respect to the lore, honestly I have no complaints at all and goggins as a gunslinging ghoul is great!

it looks like they are headed for Vegas, which was the best game, in my opinion. I'm excited for season 2.

I am onto episode 4 now and it carries on strong. You obviously appreciate everything more if you have played the games but it can easily be watched without any other knowledge.
 
Some funny moments in this too!

I've managed to watch 6 episodes so far, I decided to pace myself after my initial splurge...although I'll probably watch the last couple back to back.
 
All I'll say is that it's a shame we'll probably have to wait a year for any more, so I'll likely have to reinstall a game now to get my fix 🙂
 
 

Gory, brutal and funny definitely gonna check it out. Also hearing that you don't need to have played the games to enjoy it also helps.

Just watched the first episode, was only gonna check out a few minutes, but it got me intrigued. Sure got potential. The Ghoul had a Freddy Krueger vibe 😄
Never played Fallout though so dont have any reference.

I've managed to watch 4 episodes. I wanted to watch a few before passing judgment. I didn't know what to expect but it's excellent.
 
I was worried to begin with that it might be a bit tame and I might find the characters annoying but no, it's gory, brutal, funny and I think they cast it very well, so yeah overall very happy so far.

Apparently the devs of 7 days to die are going to release a new early access game, where 5 people play in pvp as 4 survivors vs 1 zombie hive master

Also heard these devs like leaving things unfinished and just abandon stuff. Not unheard of but it put some folks off. I do this in real life!!

They certainly enjoy milking DLC - Snowrunner has 4 season passes at £22 each whereas the original Mudrunner had 3 free map DLC's and an expansion that cost £9. Snowrunner is basically a shell and if you wanted the entire experience it would've cost about £105 and even then large parts of the game remain neglected or unfinished.  
 
Expeditions seems really watered-down especially coming off the back of Snowrunner and even the OG Mudrunner so it'll probably cost another £90 on top to get all the upcoming DLC's if not even more.
