Alright you filthy animals! With FG now having a dedicated Ps4/5 dayz server, those of you considering trying it should take the chance now with it being on sale in the PS store. Now there's a few of us who have played this game for years around that can give you tips and help if needed as the learning curve to the game is steep. But, I can promise you this, once you get into it and start making some progression and it'll actually feel quite rewarding and no game has been close to giving me as much satisfaction from actually achieving getting to the "end game" stage nor does any game get the heart rate up quite like combat in DayZ 😆 
 
So check it out! Not sure what the price is as it doesn't display for me when I own it, but if it's a decent price and you feel like you're up for the challenge of surviving Chernarus, the undead, hostile animals and players as well as the enviroment then wait no longer!

Any way to make the map smaller? I've been walking for 7 weeks

My only suggestion is to make TheMuggySpud invincible for the first 3 months. Then after that, maybe make it permanent for him. Cause he's shite.

For seriously though, could we implement a stick up system? Post proof of holding people up and robbing their shoes for a small reward or something. Limited to 1 submission per day
 
 

Hey guys just a couple of things to run through, I have included a map of proposed redzones, all redzones are PvP KoS areas, this includes Heli crash sites. The rest of the map will be PvE so everyone gets to play the way they wish to play. The game doesn't tell you if you enter a PvP zone so if you see a tent or a barrack. . . . . . Smile for the scoped in hunter!!!!! If people are happy to go ahead with this please let us know with a thumbs up. Any suggestions or questions please chime in.

Playing with friends always makes it more funerer 100%. I think what turned me off Warzone was the fact that instead of updating and making it fresh, they instead lumped 3 games worth of material into the one and made the previous games guns absolutely worthless. It just doesn't seem fair if you get me. I never owned Cold War so my loadouts that were made from MW weapons were underpowered against guns that were decades older.
 
That said, I'll definitely play it again 😂😂

I'm actually excited about this one. Imo there wasn't a good CoD since Black Ops 2 up until the MW reboot. Then after, there hasn't been a good CoD since.

Couldn't give 2 shades of a shit about the BR mode though unfortunately.

I think there's reason to have some faith in it this time out. I can honestly see a small rise in quality given the recent sale of Activision. Not ground-breaking i'm sure but it should do the franchise a little goodness. The fact the logo looks like MW2019 follow up holds good signs as its definitely the best one out of the last 3/4 years. Still very well supported and Warzone definitely helps it for that reason. You should give Warzone a go with us, its honestly how you play it that helps you realise its more fun that it sounds. Too many people go into it in a sweaty mentality and think they should be winning or coming top 10 all the time but thats stupid. When you relax and play the game similar to MP mode, just on a larger scale, the game does feel more rewarding.
 
 
I tend to think MW2019 has a really good following here now Gaz, might be worth dropping on it on the weekend for a few MP games. Dead silence hasn't been a huge problem in it of late and I can see why its given out differently due to how many people want to sound whore all the time - it would just waste a perk slot imo.

I'm not as hyped as you are but definitely higher hopes than normal. And hopefully the other night on Warzone changed your opinion somewhat on the mode. Definitely has more legs in that mode than people think.

I recently looked at getting it on PC but refrained myself atm. There seems to be literally TONS of DLC updates to the game on PC so are they available on console too? I really wish they could make a sim game co-operative. Making an attraction site with someone else would be so cool.

I've only got the PC version but I believe the console one is the same and even mods can be got off the publishers website. The only difference I imagine would be how well the controls are implemented with a pad against the flawless mouse and keyboard functionality. If the controls are tight and intuitive then it should be a great purchase!

I've always loved this genre but I know console editions are always barebone versions of the full game.
 
I just have the urge this week to build a rollercoaster that has the potential to kill guests by the bucket load and this seems to be the only Theme Park game around these days.

How strong of a PC is needed to run DayZ? I've got it on Console but the UI is absolutely woeful and every single server requires you to join a discord server.

Also, not a true tycoon but have you played Prison Architect? Fantastic little game

I used to love the old Roller-Coaster Tycoon games way back. 
I liked quite a few of those style games, not so much the train ones. 
 
Industry Giant was a superb game. More of a business one where you gathered raw materials and had plants converting into the next stage of materials then into products and retailing them to consumers. You had to use various modes of transport depending on time era, early 1900s to 2000s. Used to enjoy it as it was accurate to time frame when something was invented e.g television or bottled beer etc.
