Cloud services have been acting up this weekend, I had to create a temporary character and was on level 4 (10 before) with no guns or vehicle. When I returned 2 hours later everything was there.

Where do you attempt to go that fast? Freeway? I have tried the freeway most of the time because obviously it's the easiest place. My current record was in the city though

Yes please! That's fast. I've yet to find the Adder while playing as Franklin though
