Pre-installed apps that are not really needed is called bloatware. Usually you need to root your phone to use apps like Titanium Backup which can un-install or freeze them. Rooting can be risky if you don't know exactly how to do it but there are good tutorials on the internet. One thing to keep in mind is that it voids your warranty if it breaks and you return it rooted. There's is a built in counter that show how many times the software has been modified. This can be fixed too but as said before it's quite risky so you need to know what you're doing or the phone might end up in an unusable state.

Yeah, lots of ingots there. I don't remember the location atm but there's a room with a master lock where you'll find at least 15 ingots. Respawns items every 1-2 days too.

A friend of mine still plays Skyrim a lot and he says that's what you have to do. Also, he uses a follower to carry all the ingots, but instead of picking up and giving the ingots himself he commands the follower to pick them up. Apparently this removes the follower's carry limit

Leveling up by smithing iron daggers was patched a long time ago, making it much less effective... Dwarven bows are the ones that work best for leveling up now (unless you didn't download the patch?)
