  1. Serame Letsoaka is moving to Botswana
  2. What was the train yard map in 2? It used to always pop up on ground war for me
  3. I disagree
  4. I dont understand the questions Lee
  5. I meant references when it comes to the above trailer image. I know all about steampunk, dieselpunk, and stormpunk. also your above image is HORRIBLE! Lets be honest, no one wants to see dudes in steampunk, when they could be looking at this
  6. I just assumed they were scotish and fighting for
  7. But it is. In my eyes. Warmind could have fixed it, but instead you all wait another 3 months. (see what I did there? 🤣) My point, again, is Better days are not here. Why not play other, better, more deserving games, until after the better days have arrived. Lets be honest, for the next 3 months you will be doing the exact same thing over, and over, and over, and over, and over again.
  8. Thats exactly my point here, and what i advised above. The game is shit right now, by year 3, it should be amazing. Thanks man, you said exactly what i had been trying to but failed at.
  9. Y'all should check out a movie from 1946 called "The Best Years of Our Lives" http://www.filmsite.org/besty.html One of the titular characters lost both arms in WW2, and has prosthetics, that look exactly like the ones worn by the woman in the trailer. also this might help you guys get over the Steampunk thing lolz
  10. They existed in ww2, they are not new. Or is it just that she is handicap?
  11. Bungie forced the sites that tracked this to shut down back in March I want to say. so we wont really know Steam tracking for Warframe shows 53,011 logged in as of 24 minutes ago. I have no idea about console. I need to look into how to sort out #'s for Division, Ubisoft is vague on that like bungie has become
  12. The thing about Destiny vs Warframe vs Division for folks is this: Destiny has zero depth, all you need to do is find a gun you like, and get your Light Level as high as possible. In d2 you can look at anyone else in the open world, see their LL and you will know what that person can and cannot do in the game. Warframe has so much to keep track of that its actually daunting. No one is exactly the same, ever, fucking EVER in the game. There are 851 mods in the game, each frame has 10 (i think), each weapon has another 8 (maybe 10? its not equal), each companion (pet) also has another 10. There is so much customization for the player to think/ worry about that spreadsheets exist Now these are two extremes of the game depth scale, rain puddle (destiny) to Marianas trench (Warframe). Division lies somewhere in the middle. Plenty of build options, plenty of weapon mods, plenty of "supers/ equipment", so that you don't really know what another player is capable of until you see them in action for 20 or so minutes. (some times not even then). That being said though, I don't think you, Lee, will like either game. Which is fine, but like Rob said, we need to be really honest here with enthusiasm and our willingness to forgive Bungie for fucking all of us over the last months. The company that brought us Halo is gone, it has been replaced by an activision clone, that is also now taking money from a chinese company (NetEase) in the form of $100 Million to explore new gaming options...... I can theorize what that means, but i dont think I should. I will leave that to you guys
  13. Oh man, I forgot about that map!
  14. The division does though It has PVP, exploration, collection, better global events, survival maps, raids, etc. It actually has more to do than Destiny. when it was released it did not, but in its current state it actually does 1 more edit: the Division isn't for everyone, it takes a lot longer to get through the story to open up the command center below the post office, or get to World tier 5, so you have to really enjoy the grind for this to be an option for anyone. Destiny passes you through the intestinal story tract about as quickly as bad fish through a fat man. So its much less of a time investment (destiny less | division more)
  15. Man I saw that, WTH
  16. I dont understand peoples references to steampunk. It keeps cropping up on reddit, but I don't see it and no one explains it. Is it the prosthetic arm? If so, they existed in WW2, they are not new.
  17. I wish they would go back to BO1 -2-3 and bring back all the maps, even the non-DLC ones would be amazing. Lack of a campaign makes me think there is plenty of room / time, and some of those maps were amazing.
  18. No part of my post was anything other than my opinion, I don't think I presented it as anything but that. Warframe is a comparison game. The Division is as well You really dont want me to compare them though. Purely for the cash we all spend, Warframe wins
  19. Wait until the end of year 2, when its on sale for really cheap. Games that are more deserving of your time: assassins creed origins + season Pass Horizon zero dawn + season pass witcher 3 + season pass Far cry 5 (IDK about the season pass yet) GTA 5 (just off the top of my head)
  20. the thing with Destiny that you have to consider when it comes to playing or not is this: In its present state has bungie earned not only your money, but also your time. For me, its a resounding NO. Wall of text, dont bother reading if you rush to gobble bungie dick if you dont have time
  21. Yea, BF was best when it was at least close to present day. Larger more interesting MP maps, better gun customization, classes for gods sake! Not to mention the campaign always felt better.
  22. I would say its absolutely average at this point. It is certainly better than it was. Not sure if its worth 60$ though. What games are these days though?
  23. So we have been in Beta this whole time? Were we beta testing the shitty story as well?
  24. Sweet! time for some xcom 2
  25. Storage. We were looking at selling our house and moving, but the market is going to tank again here soon, so we are staying where we are for at least another year to 18 months. I got rid of my desk though and completely reshuffled my house, so I have no place to even put it now. Which blows.
