I'm getting a bad back whilst using my laptop sat at my desk so I've decided to get a small PC and connect it to my 42" 4K TV. I figured if I'm not leaning over a laptop i'll fare a little better. I wanted to ask if anyone can suggest the cheapest way possible for me to get a desktop PC which has reasonable spec and will do the following: - Have HDMI out and cope with a 4k resolution - Can run photoshop / office applications, normal stuff - Being able to play some old games like CS:GO or BFME2 etc would be great but not really necessary. I have a pretty low budget, around £300, which isn't going to buy much but I want to get as much as possible for my money. Could anyone help me search for something sufficient for my needs? I'm hitting a blank on Amazon at the moment.

I think that was a much needed evening of good fun racing at the start of what will be a challenging time for all. Really good racing all round and it was great to see some surprisingly fast times being banked during quali and the race. Also amazing win Lee, totally not jealous at all.

I actually enjoyed the Gr1 race more than anything else last night so I'm more than happy for us to decide our own tracks and cars for each week as I'm sure we could come up with some interesting combinations!

I hated both tracks. Knocked over all the cones in the second race though, should get a trophy or something.

I won't be able to make tomorrow night which is a bit of a bummer. However I think I'm going to invest a bit more time in the game and start doing some online races and see if I can get my driving rank up a bit. A lot of the lobbies I've found so far have been pretty pants though.

If it helps at all, last night in the second race every single one of us apart from kiwi followed Greebs off the track and into a bit of off roading 😂😂

I was slow on the first two weeks to be fair. Have a look at your cars traction control settings and try a few laps with it set to 1 or 0. Also practice practice practice.

I really enjoyed the racing this week, we all seem to be very close and we're making small gains each week to get closer to Greebs. I didn't enjoy the last race, it just felt like I couldn't get any power down in that Alpine. I suspect if I swap to another car I'll have more luck next time round rather than being lapped by everyone 😂😂

Bit of advice if possible. How can I find out where I'm losing time? I'm usually pretty good at driving games and I'm really struggling with the realistic dynamics of GT.

I was honestly shocked by how far off the pace I was in both races. I usually pick up racing games very easily but I think I'll need a lot of practice before the next round! Side note, I think we should have a championship /table over say 6 months?

I think you have a very valid point there though. The problem with avoiding gun fights is that when it gets towards the end ring, your accuracy and responsiveness is completely out the window if you're not used to it and you've been camping out. I guess there has to be a happy medium and a bit of luck in order to get the win. Helps if you don't mow your team mates down with a rogue helicopter, granted.
