    I decided on the Corsair H100i. Also, as my case is a fucker to manoeuvre around in and the new water cooler will be bigger, I'm you going to get a new case. Can't believe how long it took me to replace the power supply the other night... So that's a new PSU and cooler and case this month. After getting the new GPU before Christmas. The PSU wasn't fucked after all but I've got a better one now with 10 years warranty.     Corrupted bios and it appears I have a faulty pump (the cpu is watercooled). New part needs to be ordered and then will see if that's the only issue.. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk

    Not great news on the PC front. Checked each RAM sticks to see if there was a problem there. Nope. Installed a new PSU (which was a bastard of a job due to some tight cabling). Switched on. Same issue still. So, options are becoming limited. I’ve read online about CMOS, MoBo battery reset etc but I’m no expert and it looks like I’m going to need a new Mobo, or CPU. I can really do without the expense but I suppose the MoBo is an old Z87X UHD3 and was probably due to be updated...just not now damit, if that's what it is.. I may call in a specialist for advice, but for the moment I’m a console peasant. Annoying.

    Open Beta next Friday. I enjoyed the private Beta and i enjoyed the first game. I don't know if many FGers will be giving it a go but I'll be all over it.

    Sadly yes, it's true, PC won't start, not even enough to access bios. Well, it starts, thinks for a second, stops, starts again, rinse and repeat. Hopefully it's just a dying PSU, and I've got an EVGA Supernova G3 80 Gold arriving tomorrow. 750 watts. Really hope it's the PSU and nothing else but the CPU is just as old and so is the RAM...

    Design by spreadsheet. Short term profit is king. Where CEOs are appointed for multi millions of dollars. Where record profits are NEVER enough. Where the actual workers are treated like shit and lose their jobs at the drop of a hat (yet haven't the nous to self-organise as a collective entity because unions are bad mkay) Where most consumers buy what's presented to them without thought. Because of plastic shiny advertising and because the guy next door has it. No matter who or what was exploited. The problem isn't Lee's, and it isn't limited to the gaming industry.     Currently started to re-read 'Life and Fate' by Vasily Grossman. It was banned in Russia and would possibly be one of the most important books of the 20th century but for the fact that it took a long, long time to publish. When Grossman submitted his manuscript in Russian in 1960 he was told it could not be published for 200 years. Two years later he was dead of stomach cancer, his novel confiscated, “arrested” as he said, for he had assaulted Soviet totalitarianism. Also I just started a collection of Asimov's robot short stories.

    Aye, thanks Dave, think it's Motorsport 6 you sent around. I have the latest, Forza Horizon 4 on PC, which is amazeballs. I wouldn't mind trying out Forza Motorsport 7 but I'm pretty covered with Gran Turismo Sport on PS4 too. New track on N200 category is actually ok when you find the right car.
