  1. Seems legit[emoji39] I liked the first game, primarily because of the story and characters. The second one, hmmm well the story was less engaging, and the mixture of bullet sponge and repetitive gameplay made it more of a chore to play. They also removed the equipment modding, which i personally liked. Still managed about 50 hours but that was probably because of co-op. At the very most, like Rib, I'll be waiting till it goes onto Steam. In a sale. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  2. I haven't seen anything that looks different to previous Borderlands other than the ability to hurdle obstacles. I hear crap like "yeah it doesn't seem different until you go back to one of the previous ones" Yawn. How exactly is the 'hype real'? I think people hype themselves too much. Stop it.
  3. Another game that will be in a bargain bucket for £5 before I buy it. These tosspots developers and publishers can do what the fuck they like I suppose, I don't need to buy their games

    MW4

The only thing that would make me buy a COD at this stage, is if they release ALL of the old maps for it (i.e. MW2, MW3, BLOPs1 and BLOPs2), for free. So yeah, no more COD for me as it stands.
  5. The final piece of the puzzle was added this afternoon. Samsung 970 Evo Plus. 1TB. Have to thank @Diddumsagain. Years ago you gave me a Samsung pen that was actually a screwdriver, with magnetic parts. The M.2 screw and standoff is tiny, plus I was fitting it into a gap I could barely squeeze a flat hand into, and that screwdriver saved me a lot of bother The Samsung migration software is pretty nifty and I've made this NVMe my boot drive. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07MBQPQ62/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

  7. Rage 2 releases soon, anyone picking it up? I'm hoping it's decent as it looks and may entice me.
  8. Didn't really lime it on console but I might have a look at the PC version at some point but have too many games I prefer at the moment. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  9. Arma 3, a military sim, is one of my favourite games of all time. Has a million mods, it spawned the DayZ mod and in fact the very first battle royale was an Arma mod. If you ever see it going cheap, snap it up. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  10. If anyone fancies a trial, it can be accessed and downloaded for the next week. Hit me up if you're interested.
  11. There's a Kraken with long tentacles that tries to sink the boat. There are fortress raids on the skeleton forts but regarding quests, there are three orders or factions that give them and I'll quote from a website: The factions in the Sea of Thieves provide constant access to the missions - quests called voyages in the game. For each order you will receive gold pieces allowing you to buy cosmetic decorations of the ship or elements of equipment and even new missions. Over time, you will have access to more expensive, but more lucrative orders. Your goal is to advance to the 50th level in each faction to unlock the conversation with the mysterious character in the tavern and access the endgame content of Sea of Thieves. Each faction offers different types of orders. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  12. A chap at work said episode 3 was like watching a film, he was in total awe. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  13. I hope it's the dawn of a new energetic Valve, making new games for the new generation but I doubt it somehow. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  14. Was a good laugh. Party is currently max of 4 ppl but in theory you can have more in the boat with a bit of organising. Just means non party ppl get transported to another boat if they die. I believe they're looking at increasing party size. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk

    Hello

It'd be great if you made a post introducing yourself. FYI I have removed your link, better if you copy the text in future. Also, re hello: It is an alteration of hallo, itself an alteration of holla, hollo, a shout to attract attention, which seems to go back at least to late 14c. (compare Middle English verb halouen "to shout in the chase," hallouing). OED cites Old High German hala, hola, emphatic imperative of halon, holon "to fetch," "used especially in hailing a ferryman." Fowler in the 1920s listed halloo, hallo, halloa, halloo, hello, hillo, hilloa, holla, holler, hollo, holloa, hollow, hullo.
  18. I did it in the daily race too, just one so far though. I've kept my qualifying time about 2 seconds slower than I can manage , so I can sit at the back of the field and work my way up without grief.
  19. happy old git day
  20. Yeah baby, I meant GR 3. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  21. Having a character named Deacon St John is mildly amusing to me.
  22. Yeah, there seemed to be a bit of a buzz about it last summer but not seen ay hype around it for a while, was wondering why...I'll do some research.
  23. The church that doesn't practice its own faith gets all the loot. How very contemporary. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  24. Funnily enough it's a GR 4 daily race this week too, so can switch between the two classes when practicing. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
