    It's good to know this is being worked on by the community for the standalone. Currently, the most comprehensive version of DayZ is actually via Arma 3. The DayZ mod there has all the guns from Arma, all the vehicles, including planes, choppers and bicycles. It has trading zones. But it also has AI and missions around the AI. It's one of the reasons I have more hours on Arma 3 than any other game. So I'm glad we'll get this soon too 🤗

    I think with Microsoft going full on with their game pass, and android connectivity too, with Sony going more for exclusives, the different approaches will be interesting. You reminded me that if someone says £500 for PS5 and it's £499.99, then that beats my guess of £499....

    From an FG point of view, a way to bring more people to the community but from a DayZ point of view it gives us more control of the server, plus: 1. We can decide which mods we want to use. 2. Ban cheaters, scripters etc. 3. Whitelist/password it if we feel the need There are more benefits but we do need to weigh up if we want or need to do it, as it will cost both time and money.     I was on for an hour or so earlier today, I found that there was plenty of food after all, and more on the barbecue. Plus some wolves came round to visit and were added to our bounty. We will never starve [emoji847] I've gone off in search of spark plugs... I'm also looking at server hosters and might start an FG modded server at some point, definitely want to do my homework on that. But I'll wait and see, as the one we're using has suited us so far.
