It's because of the broken engine which can be exploited but they leave half this shit in because the kids think its cool. Vanguard had near-flawless mechanics keeping it simple yet slick but every other game outside of MW2019 is a bit all over the place - either clunky or easily exploitable.

The new movement is a bit ridiculous. You can slide in ANY direction. How does that even make sense? How do you slide sideways or backwards? Game will still live or die for me based on how aggressive the SBMM is, and if MW3 is anything to go by, I will hate it and will spend 99% of my time playing zombies.
