Ok after about four hours on this game I have to say this may be the best CoD game to date. Love the guns I have used so far. Love the squad points. Buy what you want when you want to. Maps are really good. They look good and play very good. The Scottish castle map is amazing looking. Connection was amazing. Can't believe this was launch night it was so good. Tomorrow night may be a different story. I have had one lag spike during the four hours I've played. Connection is sharp. Hit detection is spot on. TTK is very low. Don't see a need for hardcore what so ever. The create a class system is good but will take some time to get used to. It cost a lot to buy things and leveling up seems a little slow but I mostly played KC with a few TDM games mixed in. Cranked is really good. I did get a lot of XP in it. Played with Trevor and Occams Razor and we had no problem partying up. Trevor said the connection felt good for him and is was my host on the east coast and he lives on the west coast. All and all I am so pleased with this game thus far

THERE IS THE BEST FEATURE EVER. I'M ASSUMING THIS IS HOW IT WORKS. WHEN YOU GO IN TO YOUR FIRST GAME, GO TO THE MENU, GO TO MUTE ALL EXCEPT FRIENDS AND THEN IT MUTES EVERYONE ELSE, FOREVER. WAHHOOOOOO.

Yeah sweet games, sooooo happy I finally have good connection. Just need to learn the new maps and guns now haha. As long as maps are balanced enough for good domination games I'd say it is the best cod. By far the most crisp, lag free cod (and good hit detection).

I have already stockpiled loads of goodies for the PC folk from my own pocket because it's the easiest to get and the cheapest, but there will of course be more! I need to ask you guys though, as it seems that nobody is getting an Xbone, is it even worth me getting some XBL vouchers, or shall I stick with PSN / Steam all the way? What do you guys think? I don#t want anyone coming short this Christmas so if you want to join in the festivities and you're only able to use things for the 360 or you're getting an Xbone, please let me know so I can start calculating things and running numbers! That's probably why it got replaced. They know SnD is a very popular mode so they wouldn't just take it out for no reason.

It really doesn't matter how long the game is out for...right away I knew mw3, bo1 and Bo2 were not going to be great cod's...because of all their issues. This game doesn't have those problems - so it's the best IMO. Yeah it's missing a few game modes, S&D got replaced with S&R...so it's not entirely gone.

Excellent connection!! I honestly can't believe i'm playing online half the time, i also played for four hours and got no lag, no bullshit, nothing but enjoyment. I honestly think this is the strongest game to date! Well done, seriously well done! oooo also, and i never thought i'd say this, but i prefer extinction to zombies. I loved zombies but extinction is pure brilliant, it just leaves you wanting to play more. Rating so far 10/10, solid!

No S&D is just retarded, it's one of the most popular game modes!

This. Some guys are just that good at the game that it doesn't matter what they do. I don't get the hate at all. It's not an easy thing to do and I hardly ever get killed by a quick scope. I do it and it can be fun but it's tough. I'm glad montages like this can still be done, I enjoy watch Pamaj, I know how difficult it is.

Nice update Chris. I noticed the TTK was low on prerelease vids so I guess it's much the same still. I'm really hyped for this game if the connection is as good as you said. We'll report back later with PS3

Cal I would hate to tell you to trade in GTA and it not live up to my hype. It's amazing but I'm on Xbox and don't know how it is on PS3 I would see what some of the PS3 guys say

Who cares what it looks like? As long as the connection is crisp is all I care about. If I want a game that looks good I'll play Battlefield

There are four reasons I'm not buying Ghosts: They went back to the old scorestreak system. This, in my opinion, is a massive step backwards. Not enough hardcore. After the catastrophic failure of BF4, I have no intention of buying another game on launch any time soon. I'm broke. //Nice to see that there are already morons ruining the game though.
