After telling @Grebothnot to pre-order COD I've pre-oredered it myself. Digitally as well 🤷‍♂️

Am I a hypocrite? Absolutely. I'll happily tell somebody not to do something that I'll then do myself. 

Am I stupid? Maybe. After buying Blops Cold War, regretting my decision, and then saying I wouldn't do it again. I have, in fact, done it again. Just like Britney did. 

So I'm really REALLY hoping this game won't be shit. If nothing else the campaign will most likely be excellent. And I may get past level 30 in MP this time. Maybe.

The cosmetics? The early beta?

None of that shit. I got a £66 tax rebate so thought I'd buy this with it. I rarely buy games nowadays. 

I don't give a single shit about cosmetics. Literally a complete waste of money IMO.

That's cool, literally scoring the game for free. 

Yeah I didn't think you were a cosmetics kinda guy. 

I refuse to waste money on that stuff. 

I grind everything I can for free, I'm that tight I bought the battlepass for season 1 MW19. I completed every season in MW19 think there was 5 or 6. If you finish a season you can afford to buy the next. 

 

I continued this all the way throughout Cold War and Vanguard and finished every season. 

So in retrospective I spent about 7 or 8 quid initially and 3 years later I'm still reaping the benefits. 😎
