Remember to buy the NF Card. You only need to buy it once and it lasts forever. You can then add modifiers to the Prestige Nightfall - greater chance of Strike Loot dropping (and way more fun than a normal nightfall).


The Colony is possibly the most trolling PvP gun there is. Heat seeking insectoids after you shoot so no need to be accurate So if you haven't got it, and want to be a troll, this is your week.

Important notes to know if you played in Year 1, then Xur isn't much use and won't be for quite a while.


Xurs Fated Engram is bugged and will return in a number of weeks.

Xur will not sell Forsaken Exotics, nor will they be in the Fated Engram once back for "a long period of time".


Only positive to be aware of, that Bob mentioned in the early tips thread, is that Year 1 exotics do drop with a few additional random perks which mean they will be slightly better than original drops.

For this latest appearance, Xur has returned to Nessus. If you've visited him there before, you'll know where to go--he's located in Watcher's Grave. Spawn in at the local landing zone and simply make your way straight toward a giant tree. Walk near the base of it and you'll find a branch you can jump up, and you can make your way to Xur.

Matt @Misneach_, I remember hearing you say you haven't got Stompeez so worth getting them now from Xur. I'm gonna do the same.

 

Any newer folks that haven't had chance to get Crimson should absolutely pick it up. It's one of the best Hand Cannons because its like a Pulse Rifle and heals you on a kill (the new Red Death from Yr 1 Destiny).

 

Titan helmet is abit meh, not sure  how good the Warlock helmet is like.

Xur is relevant again! Now can sell Post Forsaken exotics and has turned up with 3 out of 4 Forsaken.

Cerberus+1 is an average Auto Rifle that some people seemed to be able to make work on some PvP matches. I'm currently doing the catalyst for it.

 

Eternal Warrior seems a good shout with bottom tree Striker however I still think its selection is behind a few exotic gauntlets for the Titan. Never used the other class exotics available on sale.
