No gameplay but this was enough to raise serious hype for all those Metroid Prime fans.

Whilst still no gameplay whatsoever and very little info at all coming out a Czech retailer accidentally leaked a date of November 29th for this title.

 

I'd hope that means we get to see some gameplay in the coming few months. I'd like to try a Metroid game, it's never appealed to me much before a Switch.

Super Metroid in SNES was a very popular game, that i never managed to finish and I also had Metroid Prime on the GameCube, which was a beautiful game but a completely different style, so I'll be interested to see what they've come up with.

I remember having Metroid 2 on the Game Boy, loved that game!

So they are getting decent responses from how they communicated this decision.

 

It's probably the best way - being transparent and disabling YouTube comments. I think most would agree you'd rather have a good game a little later than a shit game sooner.

 

They must've been in a pretty bad way though for it to be completely restarted.
