Just thought I'd wish everyone Happy Easter and wondered what everyone has planned over the weekend?

 

Extended break for me because of bank holiday Friday and Monday. Going for a meal with sister and brother in law but other than that, most probably playing games every night til late [emoji3]🖒

Dinner with Mom, Sis, Bro in law, Niece & Nephew and probably joined by Nieces BF as well. Plan to really enjoy the dinner this year because I went back to my strict healthy way of eating again about 2 months ago. Have dropped another 24lbs because of it but man do I miss good tasting food. So plan to splurge and have some fried shrimp, garlic rolls, and broasted potatoes for Easter dinner ...oh and a Reese's peanut butter easter egg for desert!

Probably also go for a kick about in the park on Saturday, followed by some drinks.

Well.... I'm on call all weekend. I'm working Saturday. This means no going anywhere or drinking. Although I might palm off my call out tonight on someone and have a beer. We'll see.

Change of plans for tomorrow. Just booked a surprise day out for the kids in Milton Keynes to a place called Gulliver's Land. We're also going to stop in a hotel near it so it lets them feel a little bit on a holiday. Lots of fun on rollercoasters to be had

We usually go on hike tours with my in-laws family couple times and this year is no different. Bbq, playing with the kids and stuff.

Also doing some gardening, changing from snow tires to summer wheels which is always nice when I can put on the 19" again

I'm putting my part in thats for sure. Put simply people just need to post about shit rather than wait for the other to post. I'd love it people could help me understand what the root cause or causes are.

Its so ironic you posted this because over the last 48 hours it's started to niggle me. So for the record, I'm all in. I might be 'newer' than many old cod folk but I can see the best part of at least 40/50 regulars continually check up the place.

What do you think the problems are McNasty? I'm bored of political correctness - we/I need honest answers here. From all.

My comment on the site stability was a joke, it's been flawless ever since Jsin and Sennex had their temper tantrums and split from the forum because of some site

hiccups that didn't get resolved on their own personal timetables.  They were daily posters and always had a lot of good input,  but they totally fagged out and it was all bullshit imo.  I get it, they put lots of time into the site, Dave disappeared for a bit, and they thought the solution was to create their own forum which was an epic failure.  Now they are too proud to come back here which shows an even deeper, more epic level of douchebaggery.

 

Doc left because of it all and that's a big disappointment because he was a great contributor.  That's on Bart and Jay as well.  He would have waited it out just like the rest of us but no, some people had to go and be drama queens.

 

I try to be active but gaming wise I'm the only halo player here, but the general and politics sections are still great because people contribute and my man crush hasn't broken up with me yet.
