Drifter 851 Posted April 7, 2016 Share Posted April 7, 2016 Looking for spring, if anyone knows of it's where abouts please return it back to Michigan....we miss it. 3 weeks ago we had 72f weather here for a few days. Now it's been 20's-30's, was supposed to go up to the cabin on the first Steelhead fishing trip of the year (supposed to be there right now) but we had to postpone it for about 2 weeks because of over a foot of snow up at the cabin today. Summer had best make up for lost time, this weather is terrible. Gotta disagree here Dave...it's a bit erratic but I think Spring is just about here. Temperatures high single/low double figures during daytime. Seeds in the unheated greenhouse are germinating. Shallots are breaking through outside. Definitely Spring weather. I was expecting hailstones to round it off but it's sunny again now. Started sleeting when I got up at 8am, then turned to rain, then mid day it snowed like crazy for about 30 mins, then sun poped out for about 10 mins, then cloudy as hell right before dark.
