It has a very competitive scene too, probably the only racing game to have a similar scene to CSGO back in the day. It's about the tracks, not the cars. There are (were) no upgrades, no tuning, nothing. Everyone's car is the same except for cosmetic stuff so everyone's on an even keel. It also follows the "Rocket League" model where any upgrades are purely cosmetic and it's a simple game built on a solid platform. Way to flippin fast for me However, the Track Creator is LOADS of fun, plus you can play it single player, or publish it for friends to play. This makes it worth the time.
