jordie1892 681
That is nice for a first car! [emoji6] I've had to bum rides to work whilst I've been saving up, well worth the wait haha
Diddums 4,346
Congratulations Jordie, lovely little cars. I've got the same albeit slightly older as the older ones are a 1.6 and are just restricted coopers, so for a small fee you can chip them for an extra 38bhp. They handle like go karts too. I'm yet to have an "oh shit" moment in mine, no matter how hard I push it, it just clings to the road. It's going in for a bit of a freshen up tomorrow actually, new discs and pads all round, new top mounts, swingarm bushes, clutch, aux belt and tensioner, full set of tyres and a Hunter's alignment. Then it's time for some track action methinks!

Unfortunately the insurance on the 1.6 is ridiculous for 19 year olds haha. Let me know how you get on if you get it on the track

Drifter 851
Nice car, but more importantly, I have to point something out. Jordie you totally earned my respect bud I tell ya what. You said... I've had to bum rides to work whilst I've been saving up, well worth the wait haha Very cool bud. I've seen sooooooooo many kids your age (your what 19?) just totally think they are so "entitled" ya know. Like Mom & Dad or whoever "owe" them the first car. Seeing you say you actually saved up for your first car dude....I have always liked you, but you just totally earned my respect bud. Good for you Jordie, I really wish more of our young people had the constitution you had bud. You have my respect.

deterioration 443
Best of luck? It wasn't a Ford joke. It's a 2012 right? It made it 3 years without exploding. Wishing you luck with it is all, it's really nice! Bought my first car today: mini Congratulations! I feel bad about the crappy pic but... My girl was complaining about her mouse, it was a piece, and I've been looking at the Mamba 2012 for a while now (because of it's wired and wireless capability) so I ordered these. She wanted a less expensive mouse but I chose the G400s for her because it's pretty much a Logitech MX510 which I've been using with no issue for 10 years now. I had a 2008 with 120,000 miles on it only thing I ever did to it was new rotors and breaks. Change oil and fluids. I've had more issues with the Nissan I had over the Ford
Diddums 4,346
Nice. I've got the Mamba 2013, only bought it to experience a newer Razer product and because I couldn't leave Eurogamer last year without buying something. It accompanies my RAT 5 and Corsair M60, both of which I prefer to the Razer. The Razer is a great mouse, performs very well but there are two reasons I prefer the other two which are 100% down to myself: the Razer is a bit slippery for my dry skin, and I like my DPI adjustable on the fly. I'm still enjoying the Razer, make no mistake, but it's certainly made me think about other things I wouldn't have when buying a mouse.
Plumbers Crack 4,059
I couldn't leave Eurogamer last year without buying something. Which means you'll have more money this year to buy beerz as we're not going to bother with the show. Simples!! Diddums 4,346
The show's in bloody Brum this year! As it happens I drove past Earl's Court a few weeks ago and noticed it was standing in scaffolding. Didn't even think twice, but when I got an email from the Eurogamer folks saying that it's going to be in Birmingham, I managed to put two and two together. I've had more issues with the Nissan I had over the Ford 2014 even better! Have you considered picking up an ECU tuner, or a chip if its available, for it? I helped my bro-in-law not too long ago with the computer end of chipping his diesel. It's not terribly difficult from the computer end. Getting the brain out and back in is a bitch! The OB2 tuners are cake. Get like 1200fpt with a few button presses Nice. I'm still enjoying the Razer, make no mistake, but it's certainly made me think about other things I wouldn't have when buying a mouse. I did just get it yesterday so I haven't dialed it in yet but you're right. I'm noticing how slippery it is also. I use a claw grip and it seems like it wants more of a palm grip to weigh it down. When I click the cursor moves up which fubars accuracy. The things that sold me were the wired/wireless with rechargeable battery features, and the button layout is the same as my Logitech. I can't deal with all sorts of buttons all over the place and I'm not using store bought batteries. I was kind of amazed by the price but the quality is there, even in the packaging. Side discussion: On the dry skin am I the only one who cringes when I discover something, like a mouse or controller, is unnecessarily greasy. Like any time there’s an in store game display the controllers are so greasy they’ve lost all texture and it’s like the grease has changed the molecular structure of the plastic. It's gross. If you're greasy and all your shit is oiled up don't take offense!
