The first football manager video game came out in the early 80s on ZX Spectrum and Commodore 64 and was recently re-made for mobile.... and completely under my radar was also released on Steam last month.

 

I played it when I was 10 years old 😍

 

It costs £4.99 and I've bought it to play on SteamDeck.

 

Expecting nostalgia to take over when I try it out in a bit. I loved the original, so let's see if I can take York City back to the 1st Division 🫠

Soccer Rivals was the one me and @Findmartin played to death on my Amstrad CPC 464. A board game styled management game, loved every minute of it!
