The final result was Lara Croft, why?? Surely the likes of Mario, Crash, Link, Zelda, Pac Man, Sonic, Master Chief and even Pikachu are more iconic than Lara Croft? WelchyTV 378 Posted April 8 Share Posted April 8 I would definitely say Lara Croft is iconic, but not the MOST iconic. For me it is Mario. Whilst I’ve only played a handful of Mario games and he wouldn’t be anywhere my list of favourite characters, I do think globally he is the most recognised and iconic character! If you did it for the different consoles, the for Xbox it would be Master Chief without a doubt. For PlayStation I think you could have a debate: Kratos, Crash, Nathan Drake come to mind. But I wouldn’t put any of these on the level of Mario.
