  1. Hello!! Just thought I'd share 2 of my music compositions with you (written under the name 'Elusiv'). The animation/visuals were kindly created by Fraktalmeister. Comments very welcome ...

    Mafia II [2010]

I've only just got round to playing this game after almost a decade and it's one of the best I have ever experienced in a long time. Not sure if anyone else has played it as it's a bit of a hidden gem at a time when COD was dominating gaming and GTA 4 was the biggest game of its kind. The story is incredibly well-written as is the character dialogue. The visuals still hold up today and the gameplay is excellent with some highly immersive combat and scenery destruction. The fictional city is beautiful and driving is decent too. Unlike GTA which is an open-ended sandbox, this is a chapter-based game with fixed missions. It's more linear and shorter but equally it keeps you glued into the story and the missions flowing rather than simply parading around a map of icons at your own pace. It is still open world and you can do where you want and how you want but it's not free roam in the typical sense. I'd definitely recommend picking it up in the Steam Sale on PC as it's tremendous fun that a lot of people may have overlooked due to a wealth of other big games at the time. Here's some screenshots I took

  5. I'm gonna stick up a guide when I get chance if you don't know the steps already for Lumina but if you think it's not worth it, check out the Gigz gameplay below. Yes its PC, and hes a seriously good player but I think it's such a unique weapon to use in the way that he is using it this could be a ton of fun when we're in a group. Heals and Buffs all over the place, definitely has to be worth doing. Sounds great too.

    Days of Summer Update

Did anyone see the latest update a week or 2 back? Apparently they fucked up massively, hitmarkers were on & off (wouldn't show hit markers with the Dameon apparently, period) Loot on the floor was taking a few seconds to show, even though it was coming up on the screen to pick up. Just leave the game alone ffs. The few mates I run with have decided to go back to COD4 (remastered) SnD like the old days... The only fun I have on Blackout now is Alcatraz because of the non-stop action

    Days of Summer Update

The honeymoon period will be great, everyone will be having a wonderful time and we'll probably even get our first piece of free DLC. IW will then announce a 'FREE' update a week or two (depending on Activision) which will put the marketplace shop in the game, we'll also likely have a weak-ass battle pass and there will be a catalogue of microtranactions. The game will then die out and be dead by December and people will then start looking forward to Black Ops 5. That's my prediction and it's how COD usually goes these days. I think the base game may be decent and it could be good for a week or two but once the honeymoon period is over and Activision flips that greed switch. that'll be it. Activision will be left with a pocket of dedicated players and they will then milk them to death.
