AutisticGamer 22
Okay, so I have a PS5 console which I have owned since 2022 or 2023 and it’s the original PS5 not the slim or the pro and so far I have had no issues with it until today. Today when I went to click on my account, it was stuck for a good 10 minutes on the "Please wait…" loading screen and when I tried to click on the Paramount+ app, it was taking too long to load that too and there was this black little box at the bottom that had white writing says "Please wait…" and the blue screen in the background with the Paramount+ logo. I don’t know what is wrong with it, I tried doing the hard reset where turn the console off, press and hold the power button until it beeps twice and goes into safe mode and then cleared the system cache as well as rebuild the database but nothing seems to work! I would take it to my local tech store to have it repaired but I am scared they will wipe everything off and I’ll lose all of my screenshots and videos because they told me that they always do a factory reset when repairing consoles. Can anybody please help me? Link to comment https://forevergaming.co.uk/forum/topic/11624-why-is-my-ps5-doing-this/ Share on other sites
AutisticGamer 22
False alarm everyone, I managed to fix it, it turned out it was just my really bad internet connection 😂 I moved my WiFi router from my bedroom to my living room so everything is fixed now! 👍🏼 Link to comment https://forevergaming.co.uk/forum/topic/11624-why-is-my-ps5-doing-this/#findComment-163107 Share on other sites
