Okay, so I have a PS5 console which I have owned since 2022 or 2023 and it’s the original PS5 not the slim or the pro and so far I have had no issues with it until today. Today when I went to click on my account, it was stuck for a good 10 minutes on the "Please wait…" loading screen and when I tried to click on the Paramount+ app, it was taking too long to load that too and there was this black little box at the bottom that had white writing says "Please wait…" and the blue screen in the background with the Paramount+ logo. I don’t know what is wrong with it, I tried doing the hard reset where turn the console off, press and hold the power button until it beeps twice and goes into safe mode and then cleared the system cache as well as rebuild the database but nothing seems to work! I would take it to my local tech store to have it repaired but I am scared they will wipe everything off and I’ll lose all of my screenshots and videos because they told me that they always do a factory reset when repairing consoles. Can anybody please help me?

Thought I'd ask for advice before I start playing around with this. I use Dropbox on my work and home computers to store work files so I can work in either place easily. My problem is my home PC is running low on space on C: drive so I want to move the Dropbox folder to a different drive as it holds a lot of files with drawings etc Dropbox web site recommends keeping it on the same drive as the OS but this may not be practical for me. The different drive is internal so would be available when the machine is on. Has anyone done this and is it easy or are there complications?

I'm going to ask all of my noob questions here. If you've got some of your own, feel free to ask away. We can use this thread to ask and answer noob pc questions. So... I've been playing Crysis 2. Solid game. Never played the first, but I'm having fun with this one. I had everything maxed out. Ran perfectly smooth. But just shut off out of no where. Play a second time, just a bit ago, and turned Anti-A off and turned it down to High instead of Ultra or whatever the first step down from Ultra is. It played perfectly smooth still, but then shut down again. What could it be?
