  1. - dont stop moving or exercising. That is the worst thing you can do. But you'll need to stop doing what flairs it up -identify what it actually is that is causing the issue. May need to see a physio but in my experience they are largely useless. - most peoples back problems are *generally* caused by weak glutes, weak abs, over worked hip flexors and sitting. - seriously sitting for long periods is awful. Your buttocks are hip extensors and stabilise your spine. Your spine is the most important structure in your body so when its not supported adequately ( by sitting down and letting your buttocks turn off) it needs to grab stability from somewhere else. This tends to be from the hip flexors and psoas muscles. This then tilts your pelvis and causes extra strain on your back muscles which = pain and sciatica. That is a big generalisation but applies to alot of people. Without knowing the cause of the issue its hard to say what to do. But literally everyone here who has a desk job would benefit greatly from the daily routine of : 2 min each stretch each leg : hip flexors, quads, calfs. Foam roll/tissue release with a hockey ball : glutes/buttocks. Key things to google are : anterior pelvic tilt, pelvis reset, mobilityWOD. Do some reading and if any of these conditions sound familiar then you may be onto something.   9. You can make bullets at the forge. Only use i can see for it at the moment is using it as a crafting queue for when you have 1000s of items to make Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

  11. I wouldn't bother with atheletics or health nut early in the game. You level up atheletics very quickly as it is from all the running. Same with health nut, early in the game youre trying to avoid zombies at all costs so its rare you will need lots of health...imo. I went with quaility joe to get some slightly better loot.   19. It wrecks my mind thinking about the suffering that people endured to give us our freedoms that we all too often take for granted. Millions gave their lives to put a stop to genocide and the persecution of those who couldn't defend themselves in both world wars,, and more recently we have lived through 13 years of a dirty war in Afghan to "liberate" the people from the Taliban. I cant imagine the pain that people feel losing a family member or friend in war. I literally will never know what it feels like, and its through their sacrifice that I am so lucky that I will mostly likely never have to go to war and go through what they did. So it really, really bugs me, when racist organisations like the BNP, EDL and Britain First, post pictures of troops, and poppies, and random pictures of blokes in turbans with captions like " this bloke hates our troops, share if you think this is a disgrace blah blah blah"....You know what, a fucking lot of people who were not white,and were not Christian were also fighting on our side. They died too. They deserve to be remembered too. So why dont you see the BNP, EDL or BF recognising the contribution of Muslims, Hindus or Sikhs ? Why, not ? Because they are racist fucks who want nothing more than to remove everyone who doesnt fit into their warped idea of what it means to be "British". There was a time when our country was known for being a place were everyone was accepted, and we were proud to be the ones to step in and help out those in need when nobody else would. So its about time everyone in society started pulling their fingers out and standing up to this evil. That is what these brave people died fighting for. The best way to remember them, to give thanks to them, and to honour them, is to not let their sacrifice be in vain. (for the US folks, the BNP, EDL and Britain First are far right anti-immigration, anti- islam, anti-anyone who isnt white organisations that try to act like they have some politically credibility, but anyone with half a brain can see right through them)

  22. did some 1 rep max testing tonight squat - 130kg / 286lbs - could have done more but was saving myself for deadlifts bench - failed 100kg / 220lbs but did 95/ 209lbs deadlift - 205kg / 451lbs
