    I don't think it will be all bad when it was confirmed no dedicated servers. I grabbed some pics and explanations that in parts show that it will be better and it isn't too much of a concern for dedicated servers. The original Destiny uses a mix of peer-to-peer and client-server networking. No one Guardian hosts the Tower, for instance, which is why your dance sessions don't get interrupted for host migrations. But individual players are automatically selected to host activities like Strikes and The Crucible. If those players drop out, the game has to perform a host migration. That could be a mercy if they have a bad connection, though, because a laggy host can mean poor hit detection, weird physics, and all kinds of other problems. According to Bungie's explanation, Destiny 2 will use a similar hybrid peer-to-peer/client-server model with a few key changes. Activities are now hosted server-side, so you'll never have to worry about a host migration again. And now physics calculations live in the cloud too, meaning there should be fewer discrepancies on key things like where attacks land. Dedicated Server Solution Hybrid P2P Solution I think the only people who lose out here is PC folk where the subtle differences count for a lot more.

    I don't want to admit but you've got some funny bones in you mate The best ones I've heard are always packed with jokes. You've got to find one gem of a secret of the groom but as Rich and Bob said, not to piss the in laws or your best mate off. If there is a common connection betweem you and your mate then you could keep that to the theme of your speech. People like speeches that have synergy all the way.

    Whilst it look like its a spring 2018 release and Take Two have pretty much said nothing will be shown at E3, theres a rumour mill going around that it will have a first person mode. I don't think it's harsh to expect this considering GTA5 has it and this should be on the blueprints from the start. If I'm honest though, i never use it in GTA. It feels weird and difficult to play this kind of game like that.

    Mate, that's some serious good work to start with mate. Assists and kills count towards your streak. Sounded like you're on about Roadhog! That the thing with these characters, all locked down characteristics. Some will work for some situations, then they'll be absolute dogshit the next. Hang in there, you will get used to their moves. Just think of it like a suped up straight forward Street Fighter. Every character has their moves but easier because there's less to learn. Just difficult to master.

    Good man Kiwi! Crispy is pretty much on the money if it's only for the weekend. Personally, I think coming from CoD you would be more inclined to go for the DPS characters like Reaper, Tracer, etc. All I'd say is don't make your call on this game too early. The more you play the game the better it gets and you'll then get chance to try out other types of players which may be different to how you've tackled previous FPS games. All about the team comp in this game and you need to try and compliment the the other 5 players to be successful.

    I'll dedicate some time to this tonight so we can have some sort of proposal that matches the interest and a structure that's in place so you guys don't have to worry about the little boring admin points. Great to see some interest for this and the support you guys will give. We can finally give this a go after @Diddums set the ball rolling on this in 2013.

    So what regularity do would everyone like to do things? Weekly, monthly, daily, raids, quests, strikes, exploration? Do we want to dedicate some time to streaming for FG so we can explore and find stuff ourselves? What do you guys want to be available for the community of Destiny? Do you want a section for PvE players and a section for PvP, Trials, competitive side of things? I want to start sorting this out in advance so it would be good to get your thoughts.

    It's not much in terms of detail but there is news coming through the gamer feedback group Elite Task Force (ETF) that was created by The Division that there will be new content. This is apparently not revisited strikes and missions but geniunely new content across 2 large patches. Its under NDA at the moment so probably won't hear much more for a bit, unless this is the good old accidentally on purpose leak to build some hype. Good move if its brand new content. If Ubisoft have a challenge to retain players against the likes of Bungie, Blizzard and Bethesda then regular new content is the way to go. Just really hope it is a challenging experience that is worth the re-visit.

    Overwatch always goes in the PS4 if we don't really know what to play. Such the right decision as @Diddums, @crispymorgan and myself went into ranked and pretty much went 8-2 across the whole night. Randoms weren't too bad but I think it was just we couldn't go wrong every map. Some brilliant rounds that we caught on camera too.
