    You know I'm with you. I'll keep it short - the irony of this is that we need current FGers to get behind these awesome rally calls and do what you've said. To do that, they need to interact. Here. Other FG places. But they gotta stop being lazy. We forget here sometimes and thats cool. Life happens. But this place deserves lots of love so people need to remember that. Effort and quality ratio of FG stuff to active members is disproportionate. I'd love that to change. I think we all would, right? So yeah. Get on the case yourself dude and tell them all! ❤

    Re OCUK guys. @Diddums awesome work to get a few to game with us. I think what would stem more games and more activity is if they talked here. You can't force them though so its a double-edged sword. It is a little disappointing however there is more engagement in that thread than here. Especially when its an FG night, not an OCUK one. That being said, nothing to do woth your awesome work at spreading the love Didds. Its more a factor of what our own FGers are like. Gotta start talking more. Its only one click away on their phone.

    Re Discord. Its for PC games, not console imo. But as we get more games going we should use our server. Its what its there for. And the largest growing chat service for games there is. You know what i think about whatsapp but I cba with that battle again. Game chat has to be used for console for +8 players. GTAs isn't that bad. Use discord when ppl need to get hold of each other quickly.

    When I set up GTA Fridays it was the start of trying to get a regular schedule for FG. Every week will always prove difficult for some people but having a fixed night it something I've always been keen on as people remember 'its game night'. Its okay if people miss a week because its designed for anyone to join but a core group is always needed. I for one will always try to be there, more so now to support FG and for the amazing banter but I know I Don't want to play every week. If I'm honest, people need to embrace giving things a go. I posted in the GTA racing thread foe more ideas on different modes because nearly all want to jump on do stuff but its easier for someone to organise. We should take that on ourselves to organise but need input or Didds' post happens. There's so much to do on the game but we need to be told once in a while whats there. We don't know it all. Tldr - I'm one for keeping regularity - Maybe push to fortnightly - More input is required - More willingness to trial and error is required - More game are needed

    Its a real big help tbh. Current thoughts on them: - Nice to get additional XP and Tokens - Helps rank 50 grind - disappointing not to see more variety - also disappointed to not see more than Crucible and Vanguard ones I know more is coming as they have on purpose stated you'll get some Exotic ones and when Forsaken drops the Vendor called The Spider will give you Outlaw bounties increasing in difficulty. Just felt like Faction Rally could've been supported by them at each vendor. Getting to Rank 50 with a new faction in a week its a grind in itself.

    Gutted to hear that about Black Panther but its probably cos of what you've said how you feel on blockbusters more so. I'm still waiting for it to be on Sky. Cba to stream it.

    Its more the help that I need and FG needs. Having 'Champions' to help share news for certain games helps the overall site. Otherwise, its just a couple of us finding stuff unnaturally and creating threads to keep the place ticking over. These guys have an open pass to help engagement and activity on things Overwatch (and i know theres tons of stuff we could add) and its only one section. I really don't think its that hard but i must be missing something. Totally agree with trophies and medals though for everyone is more important - that gives everyone the chance to feel good about FG stuffs.

    Here's the official answer from TWAB last night. Prestige raid lairs and armor from Solstice of Heroes were not intended to be infusion fodder for two reasons: These items are intended to be trophies, for players to show their accomplishments leading up to Forsaken. If players who own Curse of Osiris but do not own Warmind use these items for infusion, any gear infused above 335 Power will no longer be available for use. Players who have already done this can claim a duplicate of their weapon from their Weapon Collections, which will become available to all players when Forsaken launches on September 4, 2018.] Personally, I get the MoT armour. The cap is there and the event is to focus just on this new gear. However, the raid weapons at 400...well, that felt like it was just cos they didn't have time to build more new weapons so opted for an easy answer. Plua to push prestige raids, which imo still need more rewards.

    I think you could find one a little cheaper on eBay @Sennex. I've still got my original one but if I hadn't I would've took a punt on one there. Guarantees are good but most old consoles tend to be pretty solid and I've never bought any of my consoles with a guarantee. What I would say is you may just need to invest in another aerial or maybe even an older TV. Mine works currently but it sometimes can flip out on screen which I believe is to do with the TV more so. You have to get Crazy Taxi if you do btw.

    I'll summarise what I've taken from this good discussion. We'll keep learning from how people post, existing and new. That's where all this stemmed from, so not a big issue. Not changed my stance as i said earlier: - We aren't going moderate differently - We always need to think how we post regardless of section - I'll move things as usual and give transaparent updates - We eventually need basic guidelines for newbies. This includes just how to interact with FG. - We will need a section for this stuff somewhere and when I've worked out how the overall structure looks I'll update it I sit here and just thought, biggest point for all to take away - It wouldn't have probably been talked about if we had more footfall and more posts on gaming and other general life stuff. If everyone got behind the FG bandwagon its all gravy, baby (as Romeo and Christina Milian once said) Normal business resumed. Thanks for the feedback. Always useful to know thoughts. I also won't lock this if others have more opinions. GGFG.

    I know! Feels kind of weird saying it but whilst I have to accept the changing world of consoles, I'll also admit I really miss the original concept of a console having games that you can put in and play. They're just becoming glorified PCs.

    When PSN went down the other day I watched Inglorious Basterds again and then finished off watching Bright. Inglorious is weirdly one of Tarantino's films I can watch as I think I just enjoy the deadpan humour in it. Even though not alot goes on in the middle. Bright I think I should've given it more time initially. It feels like you can be all over the place of you don't pick up the back story and world that its set in quickly. However, it totally sets itself up for a series after it. Weren't too bad for fantasy style movies.

    Final Standings! Dan takes the win with an impressive flourish of points in the final 2 games. Phil came a valiant 2nd with Chris holding off Didds to take 3rd spot. Tom's late resurgence wasn't enough to push higher. I'll reach out to the top 3 over the next few days to sort prizes 😆 Hope this was enjoyable for all? Want to find a better way of doing it next time with a 3rd party app as the spreadsheet way was time consuming for me and not ideal to review for you guys but at least we did it and had a good laugh with alot of entries.     Rank 50 is getting the boost we expected as Bounties from Zavala drop Vanguard tokens. 5 Bounties a day and most give tokens which is a great help. I'm Rank 26 now - on the home stretch [emoji23]
