I'll hold my hands up and say I thought this game was crap. I played it. Crap. Played it some more, still crap. It's not until you weather the absolute shit storm of humiliation and defeat you can start to enjoy it. Briefly. Then it cranks the difficulty up, and BAM! it's crap again. It's a great game that is easy to play and insane to master, but we all progress and play better and better players. I rage all the fucking time, because I want to be as good as possible, and sometimes the matchmaking is retarded (both ways). Occasionally you get a game so awesome, even when you lose it's been fun.

cool. I'm totally excited for this. How about another style of spawn like area a good distance away to make for a nice holiday? I'll rip up my little test track, if we could make a central station (leave plenty of space for workings etc) and leave a load of chests for people to put stuff in. I'll do a bit tonight

A thread for Rail stuff. I did start playing about with rails, but it was more a test. If we decide on how it will look, I'm happy to start building.

I'd really like to get involved with the railway stuff. Can we try to arrange a time that a decent number of us can get on? It's lovely to log on to find things built, but I can't build in the spawn area and I have no idea what the plans are. I'll start a rail thread too.

I fucking love doing rail systems. I had a fully automated station where you could pick your destination with levers. It also played music.

likely not. It's a persistent world maintained server side. When you log in, you will be fine. just make sure you set your home location when you get settled.

I hate leavers. But Alex for example, when he is told to go for his tea, he turns his console off. Is it fair to remove a part of a product that you have paid for?

If anyone wants to claim a house, stick a sign on it (top 2 rows planks, stick bottom middle), you can then label the house.

Something grand, but not so big it never gets finished. Also, I like the idea of keeping it themed and generally symmetrical. If we all go off and build bits, it'll look like a shanty town. There was an image somewhere where the spawn had a large domed archway and huge plunging waterfalls going really far down, can't link it from work, but will do later.

don't forget /back . If you are in a cave and you need to tp home to drop loot, use /back to go back to the last point you teleported from.

treecapitator is working. I found out care must be taken, I thought I was clearing a single wood block, but it connected underground somehow, and BOOM!, the whole tree went. I won't need wood for a thousand years now. Edit - it's working quickly

I hope for a labour government, but suspect a win for the elite. Hoping for a hung parliament, might be the best option to be honest.

Press j then double click to set a marker. I found a massive cave system. It links into my basement! Win.

I found a ruined little castle slightly north. Ventured into the basement. OMFG, loot, loot, rooms, caves, loot, and shiny things. I'm very happy. Organised all my gear now, might have taken a little bit longer on normal mode!
