    The M416 is a really good gun. Used it until I got the AUG. Sniper I used the M40 until I got the SSR. Carbine I like the Ace23 and the AK5c.

    OK to unlock the GOL the five kills from the tower on Firestorm or Caspian doesn't need to be from sniper kills. Its five kills from any gun. Its still a bitch to do. Failed twice needing one more sniper kill for the ribbon and then I needed some more kill from the tower.

    DMRs are more lame. I wouldn't of ever unlocked them. Have them all unlocked now and still won't use them.

    You only have a week to unlock the DMRs then the next week will be shotguns.

    OK to unlock the DLC guns like the F200 or the DOA-12 you must do them in the same match. Raise or lower the gate on Caspian Border and a shotgun ribbon on Caspian is actually tough

    Same here. Switched to my "try hard" gun setup and nothing helped. So I just worked on the assignments

    Welcome. Yea the Battlefield forums are pretty bad. Still not nearly as bad as the CoD forums. I go there to get a good laugh.
