I know right!! All they had to do waa beat the Jags 😂 good ol' Carson Wentz 😂😂 So now the regular season is pretty much done (and i haven't got the Falcons to follow) what is everyones predictions for the playoffs? I'm still thinking as much as I would like to see the Bills face the Packers at the Superbowl i think it will be the Chiefs. It's doubtful nut I wouldn't mind seeing Big Ben and the Steelers go all the way if this is his last season. I think as an outside bet i'd go for a Bengals-Cardinals superbowl

I'm finally getting to the end of The Hollow Places by T. Kingfisher which has been a great read. It's a very unusual horror story that has had some really creepy moments. I would recommend it to any horror fan, deffo a good read. My plan for this year is to read at least 6 books (probably doesn't sound like a lot but at my current reading pace its a good target lol). Currently got these on the to read list: Dave Grohl: The Storyteller The Bazaar of Bad Dreams - Stephen King Disappearance at Devils Rock - Paul Tremblay The Year of the Witching - Alexis Henderson Ayoade on Ayoade - Richard Ayoade I use the Goodreads app to keep track of my reading and would recommend it as you can create a to read list and update your progress on your current read 😁

So i finished Cobra Kai season 4 last night....oh my god!!! I think Season 4 was the best yet! Although as much as the show wants you to root for Sam she still does my head in. I really liked the development in all of the relationships in the show, especially seeing the dynamic between Johnny and Daniel when they were working together. I won't go into too much detail about the show in this first post for those who haven't seen it, but anyone who wants to discuss the show feel free to comment 😁 If you haven't watched the show I would highly recommend it as it has everything, and its pretty easy to binge too as it only normally 20-30 minute eps. The way season 4 ended left me wanting more straight away.

Skyrim Anniversary Edition and next gen upgrade

Finally got round to picking up a copy of the Special Edition and downloaded the ps5 upgrade for it. Been wanting to get back into Skyrim for a loooooooong time now so looking forward to jumping back in -

Yeah, i think you might be right, they have been looking pretty good lately so wouldn't surprise me to see them make the Superbowl. If it goes to the Chiefs and the Cowboys i think pretty much everyone except Dallas fans will be a Chiefs fan for the night 😂

Thats a sweet xmas haul @GazzaGarratt, should keep you busy gaming lol. I got some really nice bits too, not much on the gaming side though. Kim made a comemorative display for me and my youngests first live nfl game earlier thus year, got a falcons hoodies too, a couple of AEW tops, Dave Grohls new book, a new Shazam figure for the collection and some chocs and sweets 😁 i did pick up Far Cry 6 and Skyrim yesterday on a little shopping trip though lol -
I absolutely loved the look on Bradys face when he was on the bench during that game 😂 I see the Jags have clinched that number 1 draft pick again for next season too, give them 10 years and they might make the playoffs lol

Yesterday was a Christmas movie day, so we watched the Colourised version of It's a Wonderful Life and National Lampoons Christmas Vacation. I only watched It's a Wonderful Life for the first time last year, and it is now added to the yearly Christmas movie watch schedule. It's such a great film and i can see why it's considered a classic Christmas film (also now i understand why Castiel gets called Clarence in Supernatural lol). Christmas Vacation has been one of my regular Christmas films for years and i still really enjoy it. I've always enjoyed the National Lampoons films (the older ones anyway) and this is definitely my favourite one. I need to myself some of the moose/reindeer glasses that they have!!! Still got plenty more Christmas films to watch this week including Home Alone 2, Miracle on 34th Street, Elf, and my favourite Christmas film Jingle all the Way 😁🎄
