  1. With Modern Warfare II’s launch fast approaching, some questions remain; what strides are Infinity Ward taking to make Modern Warfare II a fresh experience? Similar to its predecessor, Infinity Ward plans to refine its parkour system, drawing inspiration from Mirror’s Edge: Catalyst, as well as with the introduction of all-new features and mechanics; here’s the scoop! With Modern Warfare II’s multiplayer maps sticking to a more tight and hard-lined approach to level design; players will be able to meddle with these mechanics in Warzone 2, putting these new features to the test in a larger, more variable playground; using the environment to your advantage! Movement Ladders & Ropes With Ladders, you’ll be able to vertically position the equipment alongside walls, containers, and buildings; though if not supported, it will fall and shatter, causing the Field Upgrade to reset. For Ropes, You’ll be able to repel down, and scale up buildings with this tool. whilst repelling, players can also swing through windows, or into collapsed walls. You can also attach the rope to vehicles and players, allowing for a quick getaway for downed players. Shifting & Strafing Strafing lets you move sideways in any direction, as well as backwards. Say you get too close to a threat, or you turn a corner where you’re at a disadvantage, you can shift out of the area to clear some space and get a better view of your options and surroundings. Wall-climb Players will be able to vertically clamber up walls, this feature is determined by the height of the platform you’re trying to reach and mount. Ledge-hanging You’ll be able to hang off and grab onto ledges. Call of Duty’s newest mechanic that allows players to reach for impracticable platforms, also reduces fall damage. Players will also be able to use their sidearm whilst ledge-hanging. Sliding Sliding has since been revised, allowing for players to now slide into a prone position, as well as down angled inclines and slopes. Bunny-hopping Bunny-hopping is dependent on the height a player falls from; the greater the height, the more speed boost you will gain onto your bunny-hop. Gameplay features Exigency hip-fire (Quick sidearm draw) A feature that allows you to quickly switch to your sidearm with one hand, this can also be done with lethals. Suppressor Meter You can change the size of suppressors and depending on the size it’ll affect recoil, damage, and ranges. There’ll exist a meter that players will be able to mess with and find their balance. Weapon handling (Grips) An operator will have the option of choosing between a set of different tactical handlings and techniques; this can affect the accuracy and speed of a weapon, some examples include a Magwell Grip, and C-Clamp Grip. Magazine check animation -For modes with limited heads-up-display (HUD), you’ll be able to inspect a weapons magazine count. Reticle ammunition count New design where reticles display a weapons ammo count, seen with revolvers and shotguns. These refined and renewed mechanics will give fans a new learning-curve, that’ll allow players to effectively interact with, practice, and master stringing together unfamiliar gameplay features.
  2. Battling in the top leagues we'll be fighting for our place above the top dogs. Make sure you've got yourselves down for this one — we'll need all the firepower we've got!
  3. This Sunday we'll be fighting for promotion back to Division 1. Will we make it? Or will we come up short? Either way we'll be having fun, so get your names down!
Was a good night of shooting bad guys. Got carried by Kiwi most of the night but it was good!
Really enjoyed Sunday, it was a great achievement to reach Division 1. And we were doomed to fail on Monday, I just didn't expect to be beaten that badly in some of the games. Luck aside I think if we do want to compete in that division we need to look at positions.
  4. I just thought a few of us tend to jump on around that time for a few games anyway, why not get an event out for it to get us all together? I'm sure we'll all be jumping in and out at different times 😂
  5. Jumping on some MW for some good old Team Deathmatch action.
  6. Was looking forward to getting the new Spurs home shirt for this season coming up but with that £75 price tag I might just have to buy a white t-shirt and scribble a badge on! Very disappointed but I guess that's how they make their money... I just don't understand how people are expected to be able to afford this?
  7. Division 1, let's go! Get your names down for the chance to win division 1 for the first time this season 🏆
  8. You played great mate. Look forward to seeing you online tonight!
  9. I'm sure I'll get spanked but let's give it a go shall we! I'm in!
  10. Welcome to FG @Luseth !
  11. Hi Luseth, We play the PS4 version of FIFA 22. We also like to rotate the positions so once you jump on Monday or Sunday you can just have a look and pick where you want to play during the night. If you have any of the guys as friends on PS you should be able to join friends club Forever-Gaming. If not I'm sure we can set you up one night this week before Monday!
  12. Got people taking about it soo... Did it actually do its job?
  13. Bit disappointed I've only got 1 goal to show for all of those new appearances since last time. I guess unless you get a clean sheet you don't get much for being in defence all night.
We tried a new formation (3-5-2) — it started out okay, but really started to become difficult to use by the end of the night when we resulted in going back to the old 4-3-3. Notable mention: @G_dub52 and his monster belters. (Had to replace the net 3 times)
  14. Didn't help the nerves when Kane felt a bit ill a few days ago — I was sure it was going to be food poisoning 😂 Great last few games though, I really thought for a second Liverpool were going to clinch it, but in typical Man City fashion they came back and thrashed them. Congratulations for Son and Salah being top goal scorers. Son doing so without a single pen which I though was impressive, but of course impressive for both. And Ronaldo coming 3rd which @tronic44 pointed out in the WhatsApp is an amazing achievement with Man United.
  15. I think it's probably the €300,000,000 signing bonus that made him stay. Plus €100,000,000 a year contract.
  16. That would be a crazy transfer!
  17. Looks like it's going to be a crazy transfer window... Does anyone have any favourite rumours? Obviously one of the big ones in Haaland to City. However I think Newcastle are going to make a few big waves and I wouldn't be surprised if we saw a few big six teams making big money signings too!
  18. I like the way Rocket League does it — they have a Casual match making playlist and a Competitive one.
  19. Perhaps a better Skill-based match making system could help? I've never though COD has been great in that department.
  20. Absolutely ecstatic Arsenal got beaten — looking likely Spurs will get Champions League football which could mean Conte and Kane staying!

    EA Sports FC

I agree, I assume the game will be exactly the same. I'm not a massive fan of the new name but as long as I can still play MNF Pro Clubs with FG then I'm happy.
  22. It's a shame you couldn't get on mate. However I'm sure they'll be another chance soon!
