The new LMG the Taq eradicator, it's part of the weekly challenges. Apparently it was available since launch, but was held back. Makes it look like they are adding and giving us new things. It's a promising start to the game, plenty of challenges and things to do. Already been a patch and 3 weekly events. Not bad considering the game has been out 3 weeks. 3 new maps next week with season 1 launch. Also more guns. A new launcher, SMG and AR I think. Feels like we are getting lots of stuff. 🙂

So I started the match trying to finish my Sniper Longshots. Got them done, then kept the Streak going a bit with my Hemlock. Eventually started to camp a good bit to see how far I could push the Streak. Was 10v10 Shoothouse Playlist. -
A Super Kill x6 followed by a Frenzy Kill x5. Using the MK2 Carbine. 🙂 -

Probably Medal Of Honour on the PS1 back in the late 90's. Medal Of Honour Underground and Rising Sun were awesome as well. But........... it could of been Quake or Half-Life. Probably a very similar time frame. The real answer is most likely Alien Trilogy on the PS1. It predates all the other candidates I've mentioned imo. 1996. 🙂

Haha, well you want to bolt to their side at the start and always try be somewhere they don't expect. In their spawn. Get chased, run into a building and leap out a window and back to catch them from behind. Use stuns, flashes on groups. Slide and climb and dart about a lot. You have to close the distance so you can maximise your short range. Stay away from big open spaces and headglitches etc.

Well if your Knifing on those 2 maps your a madman. I assume you didn't mean it like that, just couldn't help myself. 😛 Although I've not knifed yet in this cod, it's always a challenge. You have to play a certain way. It's a lot of flanking, you have to go fast and slow. You have to be tactical about it.

That's my main gripe, it makes it a priority over the connection. It should never be that way. Also the average player is miles better than years gone by. Mainly because of YouTubers etc, people know a lot more than they ever did. People are just a lot better on the whole. I don't mind a hard fought battle etc, but not every match. I want to level guns and camos. People are playing MW3 with Orion TAQ-56 etc.

Welcome to call of duty! Are you new here mate? It was most noticeable from MW19 onwards. Cold War, Vanguard, MW2 absolutely riddled with that STD ahem I mean SBMM.

I'm a total noob with this cod and out the loop, but say one of the daily challenges is something like flashbang 3 enemies. If you don't have flashbangs unlocked, could you not use one of the default classes that has it to unlock it? Maybe I'm missing something here. I've barely played the game yet so I don't know lol.
