Meaning that there is perfectly reasonable artwork as well. My point however was to show the Over-sexualization of cartoons, either by designer choice or by Fan's. (Note the running theme so far here. Then the last section here: I genuinely thought this part was crystal clear, apparently it was either ignored, or twisted so that folks could better feel persecuted in their enjoyment. So what the above means is that there are a bunch of shows on TV that are way frigging worse than MLP. My son and I watch loads of cartoons, but skip the ones I mentioned. My son decided he didn't like MLP, so we dont watch it. I stated that MLP has good lessons and messages geared at making someone a decent person. (Do I really need to decipher that for you guys?) After that I jumped to Doc's portion about Sports teams. Living in Alabama, no one cares about anything but NCAA football. You are either an Auburn Fan, an Alabama fan, or you don't matter. I watched a fist fight break out between two rival fans, at work, in the middle of a row of cubes, because of the stupid mentality that sports fanatics have. In other words, I was agreeing with Doc that sports fans are equally as retarded as every other group that takes a hobby to far. If thats not clear, then it won't ever be.

I met my wife at a gymnastics meet in Chicago. She was attending Penn State on a scholarship at the time and in town. She had some friends in Everquest that were also friends of mine (although I didn't play EQ), and we just sort of met. The funny part is that she had just broken up with her boyfriend of a few years, and I was a "rebound lay" for her. That was 12 years ago. Best part was the first date was at noon, we went to miniature golf and Taco Bell; then we rented Conkers Bad Fur Day for the N64, ended up watching a few movies and she really just never left. Her scholarship fell apart because she had been fighting with her Ex so much that her grades and all slipped. So she quit gymnastics and then dropped out, moved cross country and in with me. Edit: Reason for the cheap date is pretty simple. I learned ages ago to NEVER plan a date for dinner and what not unless its a work night. There is nothing worse than buying dinner and a movie and spending gobs of money on a ruined night. Do something early that way if the date sucks, you can go hang with your mates afterwards and still be able to have a good night.

Heights are my fear, although I absolutely love to fly. Reason for my fear of heights is that I almost fell off the roof of the Bank One building in Chicago. I was on the roof and heading into a Transmission tower room back in 2002, I was about 55 stories up when a coworker started jacking around. I play on several severs. However with the huge new Biome release coming in January, I won't be setting up a new server anytime soon. Also, with Mojangg getting rid of Block ID's, I suspect that FTB and Tekkit will die for a while to come.

TL;DR - There are good and bad shows out there, watch what you want, we are all guilty of watching things that others would find abhorrent. ~Long Post~ I've never really been clear (Mainly as I chose to not explore what the pervs gound appealing in MLP) on the Over sexualization part of MLP, but I will say this, "we (The members of this forum) have all seen pics of ponies dressed up in lingerie, with tits, in a sexual pose". I don't doubt that the cartoon is probably really well done. truth be told, I would rather my son watch MLP instead of things like "Uncle Grandpa", or "Dan VS", or "Mad TV", or the "New Looney Tunes", or "Total Drama Island", or the "New Teen Titans", or "Spongebob", or any of a hundred other shows that are just frigging horrible for young minds. MLP seems to have genuine decent lessons in the show geared towards teaching decency and being a good person. All that said, my son isn't really a fan of the show, and neither am I, but, too each his own. As far as the Sports fan analogy, I completely agree. I cannot watch College football because of the fan base here in Alabama; and I will never forget the first actual fist fight I saw between an Auburn fan and an Alabama State fan. The problem with Tim Tebow is that he was presented to the world as if he was Jesus of Nazareth reborn with a golden arm. He was/ isn't, he was barely responsible for the wins that Florida took during his time there. Yet Tebow's mother, the Media, and his publicist would tell you otherwise. (This is where he goes south, and it’s not his fault, but! he is beholden to his own "Cult of Personality") He then went onto the NFL where just a comparison of his stats will show that he is crap. QB record: 7-4 (11th), completion percentage: 46.5% (34th, worst), interception percentage: 2.2% (9th), yards per completion: 13.7 (3rd), yards per game: 123.5 (35th), QBR: 72.9 (28th), sacks taken: 33 (12th), sacks percentage when attempting a pass: 10.9% (34th, worst), comebacks led in the 4th quarter: 5 (3rd) and game winning drives: 6 (tied for 2nd). So there are the stats, cold, hard, honest, undeniable. There is no question that based on statistics Tim Tebow is an average-to-below-average NFL quarterback. Tebow is what’s called a "Project Quarterback", which means that the head coach and offensive coach will take this dude on and make a project out of him. They will try to work on his strengths and get his head where it should be. The only reason they would do this is because most scouts and coaches also use their "Gut" as a measure of a player. Tebow has loads of intangibles, (Things that cannot be measured) Tebow was a hard worker, a hard player, and a really dedicated study of playbooks and game footage. Several thoughts: Who hates bronies? I find them hilarious. Bronies are not hated, they're pitied, ridiculed and the target of exasperation, perhaps, but not hated. The world is a better place when you have things that everyone can laugh at (bronies don't count as people - they're ponies). With specs like that, its doubtful I will get it for PC. ps3/ps4 will end up being cheaper for me in the long run
