Cool I view it as a road with loads of Forks and cul de sac's, the end destination being "Boredom" and the path being levels, the forks and cul de sacs are just what weapons I use along the way Post up an unlock thread and let us know how many of them you use. I would honestly be curious.

This was my first FPS Console game. Hell it was my first CoD. I'd play it again, but IDK, its just not the same anymore. (Also, I'd have to renew my Xbox gold sub, and that aint happening)

Reasons why Unlock things like this are used: Why not? Free Stuff, that most of us will never ever use, or take the time to unlock. So maybe we use that one top tiered DMR to troll some butt poodles on Flood Zone in one match; we randomly chose it cause why not. If it wasn't there, we would have used something else... Dice decided to make Shotguns a Primary weapon; when they should be a kit slot, like the MASS or 320. I could go on. Yea, the thing here is that all of the weapons are balanced in BF, this isn't CoD, what is unlocked doesn't really matter as most of it will never get used. Its not like the Typ3 95 is really better than the ACW-R even though its unlocked well after. Note I didn't put any attachments on them. Be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom to see what is the exact same between each weapon as well, because thats very important for learning how balanced this game is and why things like DMR, Pistol, Nade, Shotgun unlocks are nothing but fluff. Now for me, the ACWR is a flippin God send. The gun feels good, its recoil and reload time mesh perfectly with my "Spray and pray/ Run around like a derp" playstyle. Unlocks don't matter in a game where everything is balanced to the degree that it is here. Lets be honest would you ever actually use Flash bangs? Or would you use Impacts until they were unlocked and then come here and ask us, find out they suck, and then ignore them? Cause thats all the unlocks do, they unlock things I (Dare I say, all of us here) will end up ignoring in total, except that one time we want to troll some jag offs on flood zone. TL;DR Who cares, its not like the shit will get used anyway. //For the record I had all grenades and pistols unlocked well before these kits came out, I still only use incendiary and the P226

I had been blown away, but the dust settled fast and now I just feel sorta meh. In fact, dare I say that lately the maps seem incredibly lopsided. One team Dominates on Metro, then next round the other team dominates on Firestorm, etc... Each game ends with the winner still north of 250 tickets. Its really weird, its not like we are spawn trapped/ trapping either. I went back to classics like Lancang Dam last night.

Start another thread and post up what you use. It could very well be that you are using weapons and attachments that suck but look Flash. (Something I am guilty of)

Remember man, this isn't COD, we have dedicated servers, so the further you are away from it, the more jacked you will be. The dude thats closer will be fine. Also, there isn't any sort of connection smoothing for us, like CoD has, so it is impossible for someone to beast mode with a shitty connection. Gone are the days of Host Pro class perks

yea, pretty much this. When it becomes a headache to play a normal game, then I stop playing you and go back to Minecraft. Which is exactly what happened to BF3 for me, right around the time Armored Assault came out. (I think that was the name for the Vehicle combat Expac)

So I have been thinking about the Domination thing a little more. Saturday morning was the last time I saw any Dom maps, and then it was only one. Thats for all maps as well, I wonder if people stopped playing it? TDM I can always find stuff lately, typically Caspian though.

Not sure why, the server browser is more fun than Ghosts. Not to mention you could just skip it and do the quick join. That has never failed at joining me to a game. Honestly, this should really be the Whining/ Complaint thread, and most of this stuff is really minor pet peeves that irritate us with a few really legitimate complaints.

Same here for the most part. I vary between heavy and Suppressor though depending on game mode. For TDM or Domination, I use Heavy, for all else I use the Suppressor Have any of you guys noticed a difference between suppressors? There has to be one, or there wouldn't be 4 in there.

It depends on what score package thing you are running. I think the max time is 5 seconds, with the Shadow score package though, it gets lowered to like 3. This should also work for when you are "Spotted"

They never did for me, but that could jsut be bad luck with teammates Also, i found the flashbang to be incredibly annoying after awhile. The recovery time is way to fast IMO. The Incendiary on the other hand has almost the same desired affect. I have wracked up quite a few kills using one as a diversion as everyone looks at the pretty colors while I dry gulch them in the ass from somewhere else.
