Yea, for me it got to the point where I stopped even trying to play on a rented server. It was never worth the frustration of 3-4 hour matches. Aint nobody got time for that! The Earthquake expansion had a few good higher ticket servers, but towards the end I had bad luck there as well

Came here this morning to post this. Also, when you set "server browser" choices for region, the "Quick Match" settings base their choice off of that. Tested this a little the other day and it tossed me into a few maps with only 4-5 people in them

I have had less than 5 good commanders, in all the time I have played I'd say probably 3 all told, only because I specifically remember those maps being BADASSED

I have no idea what it is or how to do it. Also, I have been on very few maps where we had an active commander.

I could very well be remembering this all with rose colored glasses. I just know the first time I ever did seriously badassed on a map was on Metro, with the m249 I must went 40-X, it was so flippin sick, they just wouldn't stop charging me I felt like a british soldier fighting waves of zulu warriors. My dad was actually there and he asked me if the point of the game was to not ever move but to kill as man as you could LOLZ

what button/ stick layout do you guys use when flying? I seriously need to practice but the controls are not intuitive at all for me

I don't know if I agree with the part about Conquest Reason being, is that Locker is just like metro for Conquest. On PC the Metro Large Conquest map sucked, but the Regular Conquest was the same as the PS3/ 360 and it was perfect IMO

http://blogs.battlefield.com/2014/01/balancing-bf4-pistols/ UPCOMING BF4 PISTOL TWEAKS 1) Increased the aimed accuracy of the M1911 to make it a viable choice once the COMPACT 45 has been unlocked. This gives the M1911 a clear accuracy advantage for range, while the COMPACT 45 has a clear ammunition per magazine advantage. 2) Increased the close range damage of the M1911, QSZ-92, FN57, CZ-75 and COMPACT 45. This will allow all pistols to bypass Body Armor at close range. Additionally, the FN57 and the QSZ-92 have had their long range damage increased to allow them to properly bypass Body Armor at all distances. Finally, the CZ-75 has also had its long range damage raised to give it a diverse role among the handguns. 3) Reduced the delay between pressing the trigger and the bullet firing for the M412 REX and .44 MAGNUM. This delay represents the way these weapons work in real life, while also improving their responsiveness in game. 4) Increased the magazine capacity of the QSZ-92 to 20 rounds, the proper amount for this weapon in real life. Additionally reduced the recoil of the QSZ-92 to give it a clear difference from the FN57. 5) Corrected a small error with the COMPACT 45 accuracy when crouched or prone. The weapon was accidently less accurate than intended.

IDK man. (I hate that the stats are not as legit as they should be, and by that I mean, I down an aircraft, but you bail before it explodes, I don't get credit for that kill) So for MAA, I have over 3 hours now, 1 service star, and 35 kills. Everything is unlocked. I've used the crap out of the Active Air. They just are not as good as folks make them out to be. I was able to do far better with Heatseekers and Passive. Even then, I didn't do nearly as well as I have just sticking with guns and using Zuni's on other land vehicles. This is all just my own experience here. I know how many attempts I have made at knocking down Aircraft with the Active radar vs how many times its actually happened. Compared to Passive/ Heatseakers/ 30mm cannon Different experiences and all that jazz

I am not a fan of the China Rising maps, they have a definite lack of cover, and really play to the Jets IMO. The bomber is a joke if you have a decent jet pilot or AA gunner. Hell even choppers can take it out. There is very little cover for infantry, tanks, or Choppers, its just non-stop strafing runs. (I started avoiding the CR maps about a week after they came out) So yea, I will give you that on those maps, Choppers need some sort of boost. I would almost say increase their speed, but they won't do that. So yea, Flares would do the trick sadly. Its just a shame it will skew the other non CR maps

For what? Choppers or Aircraft? aircraft? oh hell no! Choppers, maybe, as it is, any half way decent pilot can avoid/ break lock without using flares, decreasing the time frame means engineers cease being able to do their job (Which most don't do already) I agree, I can't kill shit when in the scout. This should have been increased. Also 3 meters on the SLAM? Might as well kamikaze and call it a day Lastly, I will never get the hate for the Active Radar for the MAA. The cone for those things to activate is already narrow enough. I can't even rememebr the last time I hit a Chopper or jet with one. Zuni's for the win against infantry! With the 30mm for all things airborne.

A battlepack a day? Thats a bit much to be honest This is nice and all, but damn, this is way overkill to be honest Unlocking all shotguns, Grenads, Pistols, and DMR's? Double XP? damn

LMAO Both you guys rule. I was on Zavod just now after reading this, and some asshole support was chasing me and it was all SPEW SPEW SPEW SPEW, but single where everythign else is more DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA!!!! had to be a DMR
