    It's traditional MTG, no frills or unique online play specific to MTG: Arena. Standard, Limited, Sealed Draft, Booster Draft, BO1, BO3 Ladder, Free Play, Challenge Mode vs friends. Generous reward system and perfectly free to play. (In one block's time you can expect 168 free packs at minimum if you play each week) Follows the current MTG standard competitive rotation. You get wildcards in packs which allow you to craft whatever cards you want or need for decks. There's a "pity timer" for mythic rare cards every 24 packs. This will be the successor to MTGO down the road as Hasbro and WoTC have announced a 10 million dollar esport plan. I have been playing it for awhile now and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get back into magic but not paper magic. It's much better than Hearthstone and is the grandpa of all these TCG games you see these days.

    Steam has had little to no competition for awhile. While the lazy person in me is annoyed that it's another launcher, I cannot be upset for companies not wanting Valve to get the massive cut (30%) that they do for Steam. Blizzard App- Great.     Short term dollars are more important than a long term investment. The name of Blizzard will attract people regardless. However, with the mobile game archtype, gacha style entertainment or AAA titles riddled with microtransactions there's no reason for them to do any fans a service. If they were to lose Overwatch, and honestly OWL is not in a great place right now despite picking up expansion teams Blizzard would be toast. Heroes of the Storm was a game built to ride a fad and bled money. Their decision in the past few months was a long time coming and should not expect anyone. Hearthstone is seeing a steady decline as well as the card market is being saturated; with Wizards of the Coast getting into the business model with Arena it seriously hurts them while their pro community splintered to Artifact. Troubling times for Blizzard, interested to see what comes next. I would not put it past them to just become a studio to remake classics. Vanila World of Warcraft will print money. Starcraft BroodWar remaster printed money. Warcraft 3 reforged will print money. (They better have the in client tournament system) A Diablo Master Chest will print money while killing immortals at the same time. (D1/ D2 remaster) Your market is the APAC region. Losing the western market 25-40% will not worry them if they pick up the Chinese/ Japanese/ Korean market. (Their move to mobile and gacha is aimed towards that)

    It will run rampant in a lot of games before anyone bitches about it. The gaming community did this to themselves showing how easy it is to make billions off of micro transactions.

    The biggest problem Warframe still has to this day is being inclusive to newcomers. There's a lot of important shit they just don't tell you.
