My first impression is the same as it was from the alpha: it's great. I love the mechanics, the atmosphere is great, and the graphics are beautiful. Even just exploring is fun, and there's a lot to explore. I can see how it will get boring after a while, because even with new missions being added you can only go over the same ground so many times. I expect a good number of expansions though, so the lifespan of the game should still be quite good.

I don't think connection issues have ever been officially addressed by any of the devs. Did you have issues with Ghosts? For me it ran perfectly, connection wise; BO2 was unplayable though. -
There's a planet view site up, which allows you to explore game locations Google maps style. I'm not going to for the same reason I didn't play the beta, but if you find all the secrets you get an emblem, which some of you might be interested in. The latest weekly update is about raids http://www.bungie.net/en/News/News?aid=12068 The main point of interest is that each Tuesday there is a weekly reset. What this means is that you have between Wednesday and Tuesday to finish the raid; after that your progress gets reset.

I love all of the Assassin's Creed games and 2 is still my favorite. Plus it was my first platinum as well!

Overview: https://warframe.com/news/update-145-operation-cryotic-front-here Details: https://forums.warframe.com/index.php?/topic/298960-update-145-operation-cryotic-front/?p=3403119#entry3403 New operation featuring a new game mode, Excavation, which sounds like a cross between defense and survival. It will replace survival on planet surfaces, which is good cause that didn't make a whole lot of sense. Probably three or four weeks for us but some good stuff to look forward to!

I've never understood when people go on and on about how amazing the first Black Ops was. I thought it was the most boring shooter I've ever played. The guns were bland, the maps were forgettable, and the pro perk challenges were retarded.

What to expect after launch http://ign.com/videos/2014/08/27/destiny-what-to-expect-after-launch Not many solid facts in the video but a lot of implications, such as: -New multiplayer modes -New planets and areas to explore via expansions -A checkpoint system in Raids. He says something about completing one phase in an evening -An explanation of the rumored auto fail if someone leaves a raid. The way I understood it he's saying it's not that you get a "game over, return to menu" screen, but more like you most likely won't be able to succeed with only five players.

When you use the scanner, things that can be scanned glow orange, so that's how it helps find the tumors. Helios won't help with that, I don't think.

I really like the new navigation/mission select screen. It was a major pain to select certain nodes before. How are you guys doing with scores on Breeding Grounds? I ran it three times last night and my high is 10 so far. Really want to at least get to 17 for the mods, even if I don't use them they could be valuable for trading later on.

The only issue might be that the maps are designed with boost jumps in mind so they may not play too well with just traditional movement.
