    You should have AMD Catalyst Control Center installed. If not, download this and run it. It'll scan your system and recommend the best software for you. Once yu've got Catalyst installed, run it and click on "AMD Overdrive". You should get a warning about overclocking, accept it and go further. We're not everclocking at this point, merely using the temp monitoring tools (although you can overclock with this software, it's very safe, won't let you come near voltages or anything). Check out your temps, you should be idling at 40ish. Once you've confirmed that, download this and install it. The aim here is to benchmark your graphics card and keep an eye on the temps. If you don't go over 90, it's all good. If you do, that's where the problem lies, although I highly doubt it. To be honest it happens from time to time that a PC makes you go "huh?". if it's a one off I wouldn't worry about it. If it happens more often, it might be time to look at possible causes.

    I'm still fairly new to this, as I'm sure you know. I'm trying to get my mouse and keyboard skills up to their old levels of a few years ago, and I'm playing the shit out of BF3 at the moment to get it sorted. This morning I just had a couple of epic games. Playing Conquest on that map... can't remember the name, but the flags are "forest", "gas station" "hilltop" and summat else. Some idiot on the other team insisted on sniping, he was going 3/12 or something and was never seen near a flag but he got me at one point so I headed back to kill him. Threw a nade right behind him and got a triple. I'm looking forward to many more epic moments in this game and BF4, thoroughly enjoying it at the moment.

    Don't bother contacting Sony, they'll rip you off six-love. Just look at the voltage, amperage and plug size. The voltage has to be an exact match, the amperage can be up or down a bit (this only affects charge speed, but never go too high), and if the plug fits, it'll work. Check out some charity shops, some have bins full of the things.

    You can also buy a multi charger and keep it forever. It'll be a bit more expensive, but it'll fit almost anything, so if you ever need it again, you won't have to spend more cash getting another specific one.

    Those are notoriously bad. The reason things like PVRs and capture cards exist is because there's a need for them. If they weren#t needed, we'd all be using stuff like this. It doesn't actually encode anything, it simply converts the signal for your PC, which will then do all the encoding itself. So unless you're rocking on hell of a monster of a PC, it's not going to work.
