    No, just run the thing I linked to above, Windows will sort it out. Once it's installed, reboot, and try again. To be sure, play for an hour or so, reboot again and see if it's still cool. If not, let me know.

    It's for both. The drivers we were using are the default Windows ones, these are the ones dedicated to your graphics card.

    Ok, we're going to have to use Nvidia drivers nau. Click here. That should tell you exactly what you need, so download that and try running games off it for a while. Reboot, see if it's fixxored. It *should* solve your issues. Let me know.

    Keep it on, it'll go into sleep mode automatically unless you're downloading. At least until you get a monitor.

    It shouldn't have. Delete the drivers again and see how it goes. If it happens again, it could well be a compatability issue with your telly.

    It has come to my attention that we have a small closet MLP following here, and that they're all in the closet because people don't understand them or are not willing to understand. I have come across this Brony thing all over the internet and although it's not my thing, I can understand the thought pattern behind it. It's a form of friendship and comeraderie and a way for strangers to find common ground. This thread is for those that don't understand it to ask about it, and for those who are a part of the Brony scene to have their fun, tell their stories and gasp at the latest episode of MLP. If you don't want to hear it, or you find it odd / strange / whatever, I invite you to stay out of this as these guys mean no harm and would also like a place to chat about their tv show. We need to be accommodating towards all folks here, regardless of their position on things and their choices in life, it's one of the things we as a community pride ourselves on. If however you are open to hearing about new things, then welcome aboard. Datte, over to you!

    Not sure. I'd love to go out but once I've donw this many night shifts on the trot, a couple of beers usually fucks me up. I might play it safe and get a few brews in, and go out good'n'proppa over the weekend. The ladyfriend is working nights this weekend so I'm considering rocking up at Rich's doorstep and dragging him to a pub, with his will or against it.

    Tonight is my last night shift for now. I've got the next four days off, and I go back to work on Monday. Last week I did 84 hours. This week I've done 72 hours. All my world consists of right now is work and bed. Today before I went to work, I drove my wife to the shop to grab some chips and dinner, not because she was hungry, but because I needed to be somewhere that wasn't work or home, if only for a few minutes. I'm knackered. Not just tired, but actually fatigued, to the point that I questioned my situational awareness when driving to work this evening. I can't fucking wait. I can finally get my PC fixxored again, play some games, and maybe even do a vid or two for my channel. Tomorrow night I shall be getting drunk. Very, very drunk. If you have the teamspeak server details, then make sure you hop on tomorrow night for some shenanigans, maybe some BF3 or DayZ or summat. I'm happy.
