As there’s no way to share in game you’ll need to upload it yourself Logo's currently made; I've also made 2 website decals, one lowercase and one all caps.   7. I'm wanting to suggest more tracks each week with our regular GT Sport races slot gathering lots of interest of late. So I thought i'd open it up to everyone. For me, Sardegna and Willow Springs in Gr.4 cars can lead to seriously close times and very rewarding when you nail the laps. They're not super hard tracks to race on but there a small areas where you can work on each lap to get faster and better at the corners. They would absolutely lead to interesting races for sure. And yes, Blue Moon Speedway is basically nearly an oval but surprisingly made for interesting races (and yes I did win that one but thats not the point 😄). I think if any race like this can lead to exciting and close racing between more of us is definitely one to keep in mind. I'll keep an eye out for any reverse tracks or specifically ones which are better with a certain variation. Whats peoples thoughts as we start trying more tracks out?

  8. DATE: 11th January 2021 SESSION: Week 9 Day 1 CALORIES: 2872kcals COMPOUNDS: Squats 1x2@175kg Overhead Press 3x6@65kg FEELINGS: Today was immense, I hit 175kg for a double. Raw. That’s a Personal best! Ever since I dodged my knee 2 years ago I’ve not been able to lift raw very much (just knee sleeves and belt) as the pain was too much. So I moved over to using knee wraps which essentially work like a whole new knee and add a lot of help to the squat. It’s not desirable as using wraps is very time consuming and painful (because of how tight you wrap them). I focused a lot of time last year on rehabbing my knee and changing my squat technique. Needed to do something today. What's the saying? Never miss a Monday? Shoulders, delts, and lats are still slightly sore from Friday and Saturday. Nothing that would actually impede me from doing anything. I know this week is going to be a touch more difficult in regards to my DietBet. The first week never really counts when it comes to weight (if you care, I'm down 3lbs from the January 2 weigh in. Goal for January is to be down a total of 6.2lbs to qualified for the January money pot. Yay water weight). So, again, trying to focus on the workouts to see if I can still make some progress before cracking the whip on food. And, yes, I know, food is like 90% of the game. I completely know I would be an absolute rotund ball of jiggly fat if what we ate was not as good as it is now. Fighting hibernation mode is tough. All I want is a grilled cheese with bacon currently. Or Mac & Cheese. Need to start setting up something with our farms, so I can have some grass-fed/finished steaks again. Tomorrow's workout at the gym isn't posted... and I should sign up for it anyway. I just want to know what nonsense the coach is programming before I do lol. Classic HIIT at the gym is rarely a thing.

  13. 1 rep max? Barely anything worthwhile. My PR was 155lbs. I'm highly imbalanced lol. Strong legs. Terrible upper body. So, it's sort of hilarious when I do bench or snatch.

  15. That's right! From what I remember we were 4-1 down as well but the game was never over - I'd seen plenty of 7-8 goal thrillers down there over the years. We pulled it back to 3-4 and then Kaboul smashed it into the top corner right at the end after Villa failed miserably to clear. I was in Park Lane and I just saw him wrap his foot round the ball and ten the net bulging! Cracking atmosphere before and at the end but it felt like a win. Really nice kit and I wish we wore it all year.
