I use FRAPS for audio and video. Audio I just use my headset, works fine. Editing I do with Sony Vegas but if you want fancy effects and shit, use Adobe Premier and After Effects. These are all available from your *favourite online retailer*. Make sure when you install your video editing software that you follow the instructions and disconnect from the net, or you might get in poo. When I did vlogs, I used my phone, no issues. Mourniho and his staff were complete douchbags yesterday. He's been disrespecting people and teams all season and now he's had a massive dig at the refs which isn't allowed. I thought trolling was borderline illegal in this country and he's been doing it all season. I went to see them at Villa last month and they were shit. They were also dreadful against Palace and now they've lost at home to Sunderland; he and his team only have themselves to blame.

Today (Good Friday) marks 3 years since I went cold turkey from one & a half packs a day smoker to Zero. One of the best decisions I ever made in my life. My average Blood pressure use to be about 150/100 with a heart rate of around 110bpm. These days it is normally 110/65 with a heart rate of about 70bpm. Not to mention I've probably saved around $8000 or more in the past three years of not smoking.
